Where do I start... At the Lilburn location, the dentist put in a crown and the procedure was horrible, even when she put in the permanent crown. Then my follow up cleaning was scheduled on a day when there was no provider so they canceled. Then told me to contact another location so I contacted Conyers. They could not see me then and my appointment was scheduled for a month later. So I pulled up today for my scheduled appointment and the office was closed at 930 on a Wednesday. The door says the office opens M-F 8 to 5. I called the number and the answering service advised me that the office was closed. He was not helpful and couldn't put me in touch with anyone from the office. COAST DENTAL sucks. This is not professional and they can't get their scheduling together. I will contact my insurance and discuss the concerns of this company. And I will need to find another new dentist. I made sure to be off for these appointments and missed a days work twice and did not get seen at Lilburn or Conyers. Also...I received a text later stating I canceled my appointment and should call back to reschedule. I never canceled. They were closed! So aggravated with this group. So beware of Coast Dental. Don't use them. Let them stay closed.

Left without orthodontic treatment post pandemic. Refusal to honor refund agreement. I had to completely start orthodontic treatment from scratch including paying for it. They took my money and didn’t honor the contract. This is a common practice for this company as the corporate reviews are full of patients who were abandoned and had their money stolen. I’m waiting patiently for the class action suit that I know is coming.

My girlfriend told me she had a bad feeling about this office, and I should have listened. The dentist was very polite, but that was the only positive. In addition to the space being dirty, I was told I needed 5 crowns and have two cavities. I got a second opinion from a highly rated dentist. Come to find out I only needed one crown and only had one cavity. They will sell you extra work you don’t need. It’s all about the money and that’s a shame. I’m very glad I didn’t let them work on my mouth.

Every person I encountered from the office staff, x-ray technician, dental hygienist, to the dentist performed their duties impeccably with my utmost comfort in mind. All were professional and courteous. I highly recommend the Conyers office to anyone needing dental care.

My first visit went quite well. The entire staff is very friendly, welcoming, knowledge and caring. I'm quite happy with my visit and will be returning again.
