List of Georgia Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center's Reviews
Katherine Simmons!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 that’s all I have to say!!!! Recently, at the urging of my mother, I visited Dr. Super, who’s supposed to be this big time dermatologist, and it was awful. I told my mom that she can have them, but I’m going back to Katherine Simmons!!!
The service at Georgia Dermatology was phenomenal. The customer service is friendly and always accommodating. Jeff Moulton is welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. He makes you feel like family and puts your needs first! I highly recommend him and the staff at Georgia Dermatology for any of your skin care needs!
I would give this place multiple negative stars if I could. They’ve earned all of them. Where do I begin? They NEVER return my voicemails, if I ask for a follow up call to make sure something was done I never receive it (but really, they don’t complete the task until I call several times anyway). After my first appt where they forgot a crucial step, I got a dozen phone calls from 4 different prescription companies that I had been assured I wouldn’t receive, that they would handle it all. My first prescription got delivered to my home even though I was repeatedly told it would ship to their office. I showed up for an appointment for my 2nd dose and they didn’t have it (which was scheduled to be a specific date due to required timeline of medication. And they called to confirm my appointment the day before). They claimed an external company messed up my info and that being the reason for the mistake, but it was the exact same error I corrected on my intake form, so seems like a highly strange coincidence of a mistake. Also one that should have been caught before I showed up to my appointment. The employees that answer the phones don’t seem to know how to apply basic critical thinking… I’ll leave that one at that. Now, despite requesting my refill 2+ weeks before delivery and 3 weeks before my dose is due, my next dose is also going to be late because they won’t return mine or the prescription company’s calls. I even got someone on the phone this morning right after they opened and they assured me it was in the Doctor’s hands and going to get submitted. After they closed and I never was notified, I called the prescription company and they confirmed nothing had been submitted. I’m beyond tired of dealing with this establishment and all their shortcomings. They need to learn how to run a business 101. *update, they told me the prescription company never reached out to them until a fax 2 days ago, but the prescription company has detailed notes about voicemails they left last week, and I confirmed the office phone number they had on file was correct.
Very courteous and professional. I would trust them with any dermatology issues.
This was my first visit. Friendly staff and I was seen quickly.
I love the professionalism and the promptness everybody's so kind in this office I will refer this office to my family and friends
Dr. Jeffery new exactly what I needed for my skin without hesitation. He gave me the medication and it’s working. Thank you,
My experience was great as always. My husband and I have been patients for many years. Barbara and Dr Fountain are the the best.
Very friendly, get you and out on time with a smile on your face
Everyone is so nice and make you feel right at home

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
