Simple the best care you can receive. I have been a patient for more years than I like to think about due to a chronic condition and have always been well taken care of at GA Urology specifically Conyers.

I have been waiting for over a month for someone to call me to schedule my hydrodistention. I’ve left voicemails and called too many times for this gross inaction to be justifiable. My needs as a patient are not being met in a timely manner and I’m saddened that I am being neglected in this way.Update Dr. Futral gaslit me minimized my concerns and kept ogling me throughout my preop appointment. I came to him with concerns about my health and received nonchalance. I will not be coming back to this office.

I am completely happy with the folks at Georgia Urology... Been a patient there for over 20 years... They take extra time to explain things and do so in a believable way.... My only problem with them is their telephone system.... Rings for a very long time get a recording to leave a phone number and will be called back... Sometimes get a return call later that day or the next and once it was three days later over a weekend though...

Staff was very helpful and accommodating to my medical needs as the gentleman was able to get me in to see the PA the same day. The PA Neal and my nurse were also very comforting to me during my visit. Highly recommended Thank you all

Great facility Great Staff Knowledgeable Dr.s Great experienceMy husband saw Dr. Trossevin. He exceeded our expectations and was very friendly. He was very thorough during the visit and explained everything to us thoroughly and made it easy to understand. We will continue to use Dr. Trossevin and Georgia Urology in the future when needed.The facility was easy to find clean and very polite. When calling to make an appointment we were scheduled quickly without any issues. The online check in makes everything move more quickly on the day of the visit. All of the ladies at the front nurses and doctors were friendly and polite.

I really appreciate the service I receive from Neil Trossevin PA in Dr. Futrals office. He is the bomb. I also appreciate the care Dr. Futral provides.

I saw the PA Neal T. on June 15th for my problem and had never met him.But he came in and I felt like very calm and relaxed with him. He listen to all my concerns and gave me alot of information and felt like he cared about my situation. I give PA Neal a 10 .
