Dr. Elmore is very proud and controlling to the point of being vindictive. When I was first transferred to Fresenius and I told her that I needed a specific profile for my dialyzer, her response was "I don't do profiles." That was the only explanation given, and Fresenius would not give me another nephrologist. In the process for getting me put on the transplant list, rather than looking at two hospitals at once for optimum proficiency, she said "I don't do that. I work one at a time" and instructed my social worker to do that. I later found out that it isn't even her place to decide that factor, and that her input was just her controlling nature. As I write this I am in the process of leaving Fresenius, and Dr. Elmore is a large part of the reason. I have been having complications finding a new clinic and I found out that part of that reason is that Fresnius told DaVita that I requested that Dr. Elmore be my nephrologist and I required that the clinic I get transferred be one in

The appt. with Dr. Elmore was very eye opening on my kidney condition. She took her time answering and explaining things to me and my wife. Staff was very nice and calling me back was no problems. I would recommend her to anyone with serious kidney issues.

Can not get anyone to call me back about cancelling an appointment. I am so glad that I will not be going to this group. They do not care about patients concerns or needs.
