I’m a new patient, or was going to be, until I took time off work to make an appointment and was told I could not be seen due to the fact it hadn’t been a month since my last COVID test, which has came back NEGATIVE. I was told I also had to get a new test, that they don’t offer, and reschedule because I’m five days short of a month before my last test. I spoke with multiple receptionists before my appointment and they knew I’d had a test and failed to inform me about this rule.

I would recommend going to just about any other doctors in the area except for this practice they are extremely discriminatory and in particular their receptionist Emily was extremely rude to me today at my appointment and refused to even get her manager on the phone for me until I insisted I wasn't leaving until she did. They basically refused to see me at my appointment they made for me once they found out my insurance is Medicaid even though doctor Virginia Hyland is the doctor on my Medicaid card for me to go to but she no longer wants to accept people with Medicaid only people that pay her cash or are covered by other insurance basically discriminating against poor or middle-class people. I am disappointed not only by the entire facility but the doctor who refused to see me at my own appointment. There was only one person in the entire office who was decent and nice but she doesn't primarily work at that office and therefore did not have the ability to change anything there. Basically they do get paid and are contracted with straight Medicaid and they made me an appointment there but both the receptionist and Doctor virginia hyland refused to see me and does not want to take people with Medicaid anymore
