Bad experience. Office staff told me repeatedly that they accept our insurance so my husband went for an appointment. I went in a month later and told me that they actually don’t take our insurance and that we would be getting a bill for my husband’s visit. Very unprofessional and unethical.

Jason Anderson was a kind and helpful doctor who does care about his patients. Also the staff was very nice and provided such a welcoming environment.

I couldn’t go without leaving a positive review for Dr. Alexander! I have been to a few pediatricians for my daughter and NONE of the experiences were nearly as pleasant as this one. He was completely professional, kind, positive and not for one moment did I feel rushed. I’m a veteran and even in the service I never had a doctor who seemed as genuine as Dr.Alexander! I recommend him and the entire establishment as a whole. Both receptionist were amazing as well! Very short wait time. I’m glad I found this place!

Let me begin by saying that I'm very pleased with my physician, Dr. Entrekin, having said that, I am extremely dissatisfied with the administrative staff here. Luckily I'm healthy enough that I only have to visit once a year for my wellness visits but those almost always prove to be problematic. For each of the last three years there have been coding errors on the lab test that resulted in denied claims. The first two were eventually resolved but not without major interventions from my insurance provider. The latest issue is still in dispute even after a second submission of the claim to correct the billing code. These issues along with lack of customer service from front office staff, indifference to the point of rudeness, has lead me to the search for another service provider, outside the Piedmont Health Care umbrella.

Tried all day to schedule an appointment and they hang up the phone while you are waiting. Horrible customer service since Piedmont took over.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Heath Hampton and Carol for around 15 years! I have a disabled husband and it is difficult for me to leave him! I called for a medication refill that he had called in numerous times! I called 8 times over 2 days! I keep getting the run around and no one in the office would give me a direct answer other than it’s been printed! NO ONE is this office called me back! I will have to go without this medication over the weekend because I will run out! I will be leaving this practice because of this! This is not Dr. Hampton or Carols fault! This is the office staff! No one will call me to answer this problem!!!

First it took me forever to get someone to actually answer the phone, after several tries I was finally able to make an appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 02/05/16 and it was to be a meet and greet only with Dr. Osselyn. I arrived 5 minutes late due to Friday traffic 5 minutes, well once I signed in the check in person said do you have an appointment, I replied yes with Dr. Osselyn at 4pm, she then proceeded to tell me wait a moment and stepped away and went to the back. When she came back she said Dr. Osselyn stated she won't be able to see me today because I was 6 minutes late, I couldn't believe my ears. I said huh are you serious, she replied yes because I would have to complete the new patient forms that would take 10 minutes. Left totally speechless and standing there looking like a deer in the headlights she then ask if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. Still in the twilight zoom I rescheduled the appointment for April. The receptionist gave me the new patient forms to complete so when I come back they would be done. After I left and looked at the forms that had obviously been completed 1000 times and now looked like a blurred mess I said oh no I won't be going back there. Totally unprofessional and 5 minutes late only to be turned away, I think I can do a lot better. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I work for a pediatric office and I'm proud to say our office is ran almost seamlessly and NEVER would we turn a patient away for being 5 minutes late. This is just my experience but I'm sure there are others who have experienced the same. smh
