I do not recommend Piedmont Physicians in Conyers to anyone. I was waiting to see the doctor for a very long time. I could have gone to urgent care for the kind of service that Piedmont Physicians provides. I never saw the doctor, and on top of that the nurse dismiss my medical concerns. Please go to a family practice or practitioner that actually care about your health instead of your insurance.

Recently my family doctor moved here she has been our doctor for 15+ years and in the previous office we never had an issue with returning calls back or medicine refillsWell this office never answers always machine never a person and to top it off doesn’t call back. Maybe Piedmont should invest in more employees that way we can actually talk to someone instead of leaving 1000 messages to a robot.

Horrible communication, some of the physicians are very dismissive! They do not truly care about our well being. I would not recommend going here. The entire experience has been pathetic!

Dr Badalyan is great! She takes the time to discuss/explain my issues so that I can understand & genuinely cares to figure out what is going on with my health. If you are looking for a Primary Care dr, I would definitely recommend Dr Badalyan.

When this office was Dr manning and then over to Dr Delp it was great. Now its terrible not only do you need a drug test fir a script they cut it in half and you have to pay for it

Doctors are good. Business side absolutely sucks. They threaten you when you owe them money and wouldn't take my payment twice when I tried to pay. Very unprofessional .My recommendation . Find another Doctor's office.
