Piedmont Rockdale Hospital's Online Review Report Card

Having an asthma attack in the lobby been here 2 hours and no one has even checked on me . A lady just had a seizure they let her head hit the wheelchair.. they literally don’t care about the people here . This is my 2nd and last time here I will never come back . I do not recommend this place for a paper cut . I zero stars was an option I’d hit the button twice

I came to be seen for a chest issue.. after 3 mins of me being there the staff took my vitals and blood samples .. after being told to sit in the lobby I WAITED FOR 8 HOURS just too not be seen, I literally watched as people started getting up and walking out .. this hospital ER staff is the WORST your better off going to a urgent care center.. then after asking what’s the wait for the Nasty black RN (forgot her name) told me that there is no possible way for her to tell me about the wait time for me to seen if I can give them negative rating I would

Brought my daughter to the emergency room and everything was fine until we were escorted to a room and left there with no greeting by the staff sitting there with the door open. When Dr.arrived he did not introduce himself nor the two young ladies shadowing him. I will give credit to one of the young ladies asking if I would like a chair. Very unprofessional and no hospitality or beside manner. This is not the Piedmont service I’m accustomed to.

My cousin was in this place due to Covid! She was put on a ventilator and in a medical induced coma when called to check on her lady was rude explained to her I had the code! To get information and that I was located in Fl so if anything looks bad please let me know so are family could come see her! Was told everything was good couple days later her dad was told. She had a stroke I called was told well they think she had one! So I asked when was the test gonna be done! To confirm she actually did have one. I was told she didn’t know at that time. The next day she was taken off the ventilator and passed away. I got to FaceTime her before she passed looking at her she had no gown on! Her face was dirty with blood and dry tears the last tears she cried before they put her under! Which was 10 days before her skin looked dirty! There was a gown half way hanging out the trash can! Later on found out they wasn’t tell us everything when we called because her friend who lied and said she was her sister told them not too! But they clearly didn’t ask for proof of that being her sister! Anyways I think she would still be alive if she was took somewhere else. And probably would of gotten better if she was clean as she was always clean before coming into this place!!! Update in the video she also looked as if she had hit the floor because her eye was swollen shut! At the funeral today it confirmed she had to hit the floor! No make up was covering that! That same eye was swollen and looked as if it was busted open or something of the sort!

Came here a few times, always was treated with care. Doctors and nurse are amazing!

This hospital is vile and disgusting nothing is cleaned properly and the staff do not care. And to top it off they will explain to you your bill and what you would expect to pay but surprise surprise it’s 4x or more expensive when it arrives. The management are con artists and as a disabled veteran next time I’m in need it’ll probably be better to off myself in the parking lot.

We are still here in the ER waiting to be discharged. Waited more than 5 hrs to be told that we have to stay overnight because they can't find a back brace in this hospital. This hospital claims to perform back surgery but do not have a back brace available. Now they will charged us a overnight stay because they don't have a brace. This place is a Scam.

If i could give -0 i would the stuff is very rude i give birth here October 31,2021 i had a doctor trying to fight my husband because he told them they wasn’t listening they treated me like i was a inmate nobody listen to nothing i said i would NEVER go here again not even for a cold
