Such a positive place. They have an excellent therapy and nursing department and the ability to discharge patients safely back to the community proves this. The activity department is always having fun events. The patients are happy and full of smiles. This is the best nursing home I’ve seen in years

I absolutely love this place Cordele Health and Rehab has been a blessing to my Mama and to me as a daughter for a year now. I know that when I walk out of my Mamas room everyday to go home I feel at peace knowing she will bee taken care of. I have witnessed on several occasions the compassion and love they have for each and every resident even when they didn’t know I was watching So if you ever have to make a tough decision as I had to make with a loved ones care I would HIGHLY recommend Cordele Health and Rehab.

I have never seen such disregard for common decency in a medical institution. The patients are largely ignored as are the requests of family members. When dealing with family members the demeanor of the staff ranges from indifferent to hostile with most being extremely rude. Ive witnessed patients press their call buzzers only to have the nurses turn them off and ignore the patients. My grandmothers doctor was supposed to have come a week ago to examine her and determine whether or not she needed to remain on oxygen. He has not seen her.I expressed concern about this and the fact that my grandmother who is a diabetic with dementia was being given too many sweets. I was angrily informed that she has the right to have whatever she wants and its her business if she wants sweets.Thankfully she will be released in a few days if the neglect does not cause her further harm.
