For privacy reasons I will not discuss my illness but I will say that I will never return. I needed follow up care and for 8 hrs all I got was the runaround. “Talk to this person” “then this person” was all I got . Its a shame that Crisp Regional has a monopoly on medical care here

Do not come here just go to the hospital. WORST “Urgent Care” I’ve ever experienced. The doctor isn’t even a doctor he’s a PA. My boyfriend literally chopped off part of his finger the “doctor” told him to just take Motrin

They’re fine. They’re definitely not in a hurry. I went by here because the least people so I was thinking the least wait. I don’t think that was true at all. And I had to ask to be tested for strep. It’s clear they generally get mostly MedicareMedicaid patients and only do the bare minimums. But they do eventually get to you and give prescriptions.

I went in to get a dot physical and was told I might have COPDwhat I had is a cold. so she sent me to my doctor to get checked out they say bronchitis so $100 later at it to be a $115 fee will the do T physical and all I get is a 1 year dot physical dont get physicals when you have a cold

Every time I went I was treated with respect and they were very friendly the doctor told me whats was going on and explain everything to me from my pain to medicine so I was happy will be back
