List of Reddy Medical Group's Reviews
The lady at the front desk was very friendly , smiling and patient,. She was very caring and helpful. She listened and was professional. The doctor asked questions over computer and answered what I asked. He was nice. He treated me for what I was sure was wrong but didn't tell him what I thought was wrong but he diagnosed me as I already was sure. He sent in prescriptions and it was very fast to get them sent in along with my Ins info was sent in along with the prescription so it was no hassle to pick them up. Thanks!!please keep up the good work
They stop taking patients past 7:15. I showed up at 7:20 and they had the door locked and tried to ignore me while the lady was at the front desk. We had to knock to get her to open the door and she would not allow us to be seen. Deserves negative stars.
No doctor or nurse on staff. I did a video call with a young girl in a pony tail and hoodie while she was driving her car! Literally, while she was driving in traffic. Horrible experience. Don't waste your time or money there.
Earlier this year. I walked-in to the Danielsville clinic and was rudely denied service. Their sign still said walk-ins welcome. They did not welcome me. The office manager said they had not accepted walk-ins for a couple of months. My mom had walked-in the previous week. The office manager said they still needed to change the sign. I have cancer and was urgently needing to be seen. The lady at the front desk told me to get in my car and go 20 minutes north, if I wanted to be seen by a someone. I told her I was an established patient there. After rolling her eyes like a spoiled teenager, she said my insurance required a referral from my GP, which is only true when I go to someone for the first time. They were ignorant and rude! I couldn't help wondering if they would have seen me if I were a white person!
Would not see me even after I made the appointment on their website. I tried to call all day long and nobody answered except an automated nurse. Now I have no appointment. Thanks for nothing Reddy Urgent Care.
They locked the door early and ran and hid in a back room and peaked out till I walked awayVery BAD customer service
Everything was very clean. It was telemedicine but the PA was very attentive to my concerns and very pleasant. The office staff was also very nice. I would go again here without hesitation.
Awesome experience!
This is different than a typical urgent care... You come in and do a tele conference with a doctor in a remote location.. Worth noting is that for most insurance companies you can do this at home for free.. If you have a phone or a computer there no reason to visit this urgent care for a tele doc visit.
I have been sitting outside the urgent care for 30 mins. Door is locked no one there. Had to come in to get a COVID test to travel and because their result portal didn't upload the document I have to come in, in person. Spoke to someone earlier who said they were open and results we ready to be picked up. Terrible experience never use this care clinic.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
