List of Alliance Spine And Pain Centers's Reviews
Horrible experience. Like a revolving door for pain patients. Get your money and get you out...... The wait time was ridiculously long. Waited almost 2 hours And they couldnt care less about making me wait even though I had left work for WAY longer than I expected. Dr. Rosenfeld barely listened. I felt no genuine concern from him. I heard him in his office having a personal conversation on the phone while I was waiting and waiting. 2 injections neither worked. Went to a spine and neurosurgery doctor NOT a pain management place. Got 1 injection felt better immediately after getting off the table. OH and I was NOT put under anesthesia and charged $1000s of dollars. This place is awful. Find somewhere else to go. Find a Spine Center NOT a pain management clinic. They offer the same thing. Its terrible I had to wait 5 weeks to get into this pain center. I got an appointment at the actual spine center within 1 week.
The staff are all basically nice to deal with. The problem is getting a Preauth done in order to get pain medication refilled each month. My last visit was on 1272020. The nurses and staff were informed that they needed to submit a Preauth for my pain medication as they have to do each month. Lately I end up either running out of my pain medication or very close to running out before they will submit anything. I have to constantly call them several times a day to remind them. They always say it takes up to a week to get the Preauth done or that it has already been submitted but my insurance says they havent received one and it only takes 2448 hours. I dont know whos job it is to submit a patients Preauth but someone is definitely NOT doing their job. My insurance has offered to help me find another pain management provider which I plan on doing at the first of the new year.NOT everything can be blamed on covid19 but Alliance Spine and Pain Management will use that as an excuse or just lie to you saying they have submitted the Preauth when they havent done a thing.
I luv my whole team Ive been wDr. Hord since I moved 2 Georgia 11yr ago...1 of best doctors I ever had
Absolutely the rudest receptionist and evidently they dont care.. so many negative reviews and nothing done... wont be coming back and will be activelyPromoting that others I care about do elsewhere
I have been seeing Dr. Rosenfield for about 7 years now.I have a rare condition called Neurofibromatosis Type 1. He has worked with me on managing the constant pain that I am in.He addresses my concerns and answers my questions. I have been to many doctors whom I feel do not even listen when I talk to them and explain to them what is going on with me. Most doctors give me and uhhh huuuhh.. yep mmmmmmm etc...Dr. Rosenfield actually listens and responds with advice The rest of the staff is friendly and accomodating.
For 14 years Ive lived in constant pain from interstitial cystitis and chronic kidney stone disease. Before becoming a patient at Alliance Spine and Pain Center and Dr. Rosenfeld and Mara Ehret NPC I my life had become unbearable. I spent hours in emergency rooms and with doctors who were too proud to admit that my condition was too much for them to deal with so when I asked for help with managing my pain I was turned away called a drug addict and labeled as a drug seeker. Until i found a urologist who actually wanted to help me and thus referred me to Dr. Rosenfeld. She saved my life with that referral.... and then Mara and Dr. Rosenfeld breathed life back into me Not once did they question my pain. Heck all anyone had to do is look at a CT scan and see the hundreds of stones in my kidneys and know i wasnt a drug seeker... I was a person seeking help and I found it at Alliance. By working with them we found the right treatments for my conditions and I am able to actually live my life. Of course I still have painful days but not like before. I was hesitant about going to a pain clinic due to the stories on the news about them but I thank God I decided to go. Not once have I ever felt over medicated nor have I ever seen anyone in the waiting room who appeared to be over medicated. Mara cares about giving me the best quality of life possible and I am and will be forever grateful for her. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a pain management clinic.
I love them they do everything they can to help me and my pain. I’m so thankful that they listen to what I tell them and they try everything they can to help me.
Dr Epps saved my life I went from a pain score of 8 to 9 almost all the time to NO PAIN at all.I was in so much pain I couldnt stand up to dry my hair or wash the dishes. I was miserable and depressed. Thank you so much for giving me my life back If you have back pain Alliance Spine is the answer In just one day my life has turned around for the better like I never thought possible
I would not recommend going they will kick you out if your family doctor gives you cough syrup then they will schedule you past 30 days and wonder why there is nothing in your drug test. They are nothing bit a bunch of money hungry clowns
Horrible staff. Tried to book an appointment spoke to 3 different people and they were progressively rude. Booked an appointment hassle free elsewhere. I dont need to beg for medical care and certainly not from anyone here

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
