I had a very pleasant experience on my first visit. The staff was very professional, I couldn't ask for better. Dr. Donald was extremely helpful and reassuring. She took the time to explain my diagnosis. I didn't even know that my insurance would cover the initial or subsequent visits. She explained to me that it did and went the extra step to make it happen. I would definitely recommend this practice to my friends and family.

Dr Donald's office staff is very friendly they schedule appointments with very little if any wait time to get in. The eye exams are extensive. Dr Donald is knowledgeable friendly and answered all my questions. I have been using her for over a year now and do not intend to use anyone else.

Dr. Donald is extremely attentive as well as knowledgeable. She provides multiple solutions for the issues with which she is presented. She is also amicable. I love her and trust her as my eye doctor and for all my eye needs.
