David Lowe's Online Review Report Card

It was a fine drs appointment. Everything was covered that needed to be.

I find Dr. Lowe to be very sincere and personable. I always get a happy feeling after I see him because I know that I can trust him. I will miss him when he retires. Oh yeah .... And doctor .... there is no way you are white trash !!!

Most useless doctor ever. Had set up multiple appointments only for him to call on the wrong day every single time. Never sent me my necessary paper work for an appointment. Should’ve retired years ago. Receptionists were also useless and rude.

Never calls for appointments on time or even the right day! Then when you miss the call since your rightfully busy and not expecting a call from the doctor he makes you schedule a new one. When the nurse practitioner and every patients on going joke is to say he should retire, then he really should!! Don’t know how this man hasn’t been fired if he was in any other profession he would. Don’t recommend at all.

Appointment was a waste of time. Doctor didn't show any care towards the patient, got upset with me for sending him an e-mail so the doctor knows whats going on in regards to my father's condition. He basically didn't acknowledge that my father was in the office. No exam what's so ever ...blood pressure etc. We expected much more from this appointment.

Should never have been a Doctor in the first place. He only cares about himself. My recent experience says it all. Refused to provide me my medical chart, saying I need to go through the College. I ended up contacting a Medical Lawyer and the CPSO who both confirmed he needs to provide within 30 days upon request. He is lazy and doesn't take good notes. Be very careful seeking treatment from this Doc who should have retired long ago. He once told me "he's not an advocate for patients". OMG really. And to cap it off, he denied my any medical visits because he feels I'm "an Anti-Vaccer". Which I'm not, and since when did your choice of vaccines deny you care from your Doctor?? This guy actually makes it worse for patients when they seek help and he just insults you. I have documentation and emails to lend credibility to this entire review.

Refused to test even basic stuff, despite a clear need for it. If you need test of any kind just forget it, he will always say "it's not necessy". Please, retire!

Will phone to give lab results, caring. Oncology Dept at RVH said he was very proactive with tests and referrals. Staff are kind and courteous.

Dr. Lowe is the best doctor I ever had. When my son was a baby and we had routine appointments he would remember even conversations we had months before. He is very intelligent and kind and goes above and beyond. He is not a know it all and doesn't fudge an answer to look all knowing, he will listen to you and then research the issue if he doesn't have an exact answer. I wish he was still my doctor! Thanks Dr. Lowe!
