I have had a very pleasurable experience with Dr. Tan and her staff. One person that has made my experience better is Alexis hope that how you spell her name. She has assisted without fail with all my needs and really went the extra mile to insure that my wife and I were comfortable with the treatment process. Dr. Tans has always provided me with factual information even if I did not want to hear it. I am grateful for the entire office although billing could use some customer service training but I understand what they have to deal with on a daily. If not for billing I would have given 5 stars.

Dr. Tan is a very nice person. She did not seem concerned with what I described to her about my hand. I knew why my hand hurt how I hurt it and the result. She ignored it as pertinent. She treated my hand. The problem has never improved nor changed and the pain never left. Though she is a good surgeon and extremely nice I find no reason to return to her for further care of the same type.

I came to Dr. Tan with extreme pain in my thumb joint that connects to my wrist. A year and a half prior to my appointment with Dr. Tan I had a joint replacement in the same thumb joint by another orthopedic surgeon. My hand continued to have chronic pain and swelling after the surgery. I decided to have a second opinion. I discovered Dr. Tan on the internet. She removed the replacement and repaired my hand. I have full use of my thumb and hand. Most of all I have no pain

Dr. Jane Tan is extremely rude she was unwilling to discuss a request concerns with me as her patient she’s too busy and in a rush. Didn’t explain her treatment plan throughly. Would not recommend her to anyone. She didn’t deserve a 1 Star. Worse doctor ever

Dr Tan did a great job on a carpel tunnel release for me. My life is so much nicer without the aggravating numbness
