Disappointed. It’s not easy getting time off at work, but when I do and I bring my baby, I get turned away because only 1 person is allowed. What in the world are people supposed to do if they have no babysitter because they’re working from home due to covid? This is extremely inconveniencing and I have not had any issues taking my children to their doctor appointments, dentist etc. You would think a video visit would be an option if Dr. Smith had seen me within the year, but nope. So inconveniencing. Not to mention I can’t go to the doctor and address all of my health concerns in 1 visit. They’re simply greedy and lost focus on actually being concerned of someone’s health. I’ll find a Family Practice doctor who actually wants to help and not waste my time and money.

Poor customer service! Dr. Matthew Mote is very unprofessional, condescending and rude. There is no way that I would ever recommend anyone to see him for any type of office visit...complete waste of time and money.

5 star review to 1 star. Beware, they are up seller not medical professionals. I took my daughter for her wellness check up they added a hearing test that was not apart of the standard wellness visit so insurance does not cover it. Leaving me with a bill. There was never any concerns with her hearing, and she pasted her test as a baby. No reason for the test beside to add on a chargeable service. Office staff does not call you back and the answering service for Piedmont provide little to no customer service. I NEVER had this issue with any other medical providers I have taken my daughter to in the past 3 years. First and last time there.

EXTREMELY unprofessional!!! The doctor insisted that I had an eating disorder even after I told her I had been counting my macros and calories and lifting weights so I could gain weight, she would not let me tell her I had a small frame she said everyone has pretty much the same size of bones, which is absolute BS, I have always been underweight, my entire family is underweight, but she would not let me tell her I did not have an eating disorder! She told me to stop counting my calories and STOP LIFTING WEIGHTS!!! my own doctor told me to stop exercising, I have always had a very low self esteem from being so small and this woman has made me feel even worse. So if you don’t mind an uneducated doctor feel free to go to this office
