List of Piedmont Urgent Care By Wellstreet - Covington's Reviews
Everyone was very nice. They worked with our situation and got us in and out very quickly. Great job by these ladies!
Beyond wonderful!! Staff were sweet and kind. I took my 4 year old and they were super great with him. Super friendly, quick and compassionate. They were such a blessing the day after Christmas!!!
Front desk worker Tia was amazing. Thanks for working my family in last minute we appreciate the service received!
Fantastic experience, they got me right in with no hassle for a covid test. The staff was amazing and so helpful!!!
My fiancé and I have been here twice. Both times we received poor medical treatment and a misdiagnoses.First trip was to get an ingrown toenail removed for my fiancé. She had a spot above the ingrown toenail that was full of blood. The doctor asked if she could pop it to make sure there was no infection and my fiancé agreed. She popped it and found no infection in the toe. Afterwards, the health care professional said she was free to go and instructed to keep it clean. This appointment was charged as a surgery for popping the blood filled spot and it failed to fix the toenail. My fiancé had to see another doctor to have an additional surgery to have the ingrown nail removed and a third visit to permanently fix the toe to prevent any future issues.Second trip was to get treatment for the flu. We were both exposed to covid (8 days prior to our visit) and the flu type A (2 days prior to our visit). My finance exhibited classic flu symptoms including: fever, sore throat, coughing, extreme fatigue, chills, etc. After explaining these symptoms to health care professional, and telling him we believe it to be the flu, he did not listen. His reply was “I’ve only seen the flu twice in this county, you don’t have it.” Our test came back negative for covid and the flu. However, because her symptoms started under 24 hours before our visit, I tried to explain that it was too early to test positive for the flu. We just wanted a z pack to get a head of the sickness. He did not listen. Due to his misdiagnose of the flu, my finance experienced 103.5 degree fevers the following days with a severely soar throat before having no choice but to go to a different urgent care. The second place tested her positive for flu type A and gave her proper treatment and medicine.
They were really helpful getting me in to see a provider. Very profession.
I walked in around 12 noon on Sunday feeling horrible and it was difficult to even speak. They were honest and let me know they would not be able to see me until 4. I went home and checked into the website around 1:30 when they sent me the link. I went back around 3:30 and insurance and check-in info was 👍I went to relax in the car and about 10 minutes later received a text that my nurse was at the door waiting for me. I had a breathing treatment, tested negative for Covid-19 and got my shot in the rear! The doctor was fantastic along with nurses, techs and every one else.I hope these ladies are paid well because they are worth every dollar!I only gave it a 4 because I had to wait so long. It wasn't anyone's fault, just really busy.
A pretty long wait in the middle of the day (to be expected) but the nurse and doctors were very nice!
They hang up when you call, can not get a person on the phone. I go in, and they tell me to come back in 4 hours, and to fill out paperwork texted to me. I gave them all my information by text and came back at the time I was told and I'm sitting in my car outside 30 minutes later.I can not use my visa FSA card on Dec 15.She does not know why. So I lose my medical dollars and have to use a Visa credit card. Why make appointments when
All they did was a flu and covid test.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
