Dr Greenfield was very professional as well as his staff and addressed a major issue promptly.

This Resurgens Location is a highly efficient and effective office! This is my second Knee Surgery and once again Dr. Chaelon Miller did an EXCELLENT Job. I got my stitches out today where the Nurse gave me a pain free experience. The Nurse Practitioner Breanna is GREAT as well!! I Highly recommend this office for your Orthopaedic needs! Thank You Dr. Miller and Staff!!

Fast and quick. I saw Dr. Tan she was patient and answered my questions.

First-rate from front to back! The reception employees are great and the entire care staff are excellent. I will never go anywhere else for any kind of orthopedic care.

Always great results when I go to resurgens for either my back issues or my hand most recent was with Dr Tan will trigger finger release and to discuss possible future surgery since this is something that does reoccur. Definitely will go back to Dr Tan she's great

I have been going to Resurgens Covington for several years now for different issues. I love my doctor, and my Physical Therapist. I wouldn’t trade either of these gentleman for anything!

Visited Resurgens for the second time but with a different physician. I was seen by Dr. Miller, and his bedside manner was amazing and that was comforting. I am always in pain, and not always the most pleasant person but his MA Lexi reassured me that I was in the right place. From start to finish, everyone was so accommodating. I left paperwork for FMLA, and usually it takes months to get back if I even get it back but Lexi had my paperwork done in 2 days. I really appreciate the extra mile everyone went, it really makes a difference. And they are a BUSY facility, however they provide the same level of care to all of their patient ( I heard and seen the interactions between the assistant and other co-workers and patients). Just a warm place to visit. Usually big places like this are like an assembly line!!!

This practice supplied immaculate service from scheduling my appointment to check out on the day of service. Dr. Tan was very informative and was able to diagnose my symptoms before her physical manipulation, which gave confirmation to the condition. Great expertise. Dr. Tan listened to the questions and concerns I had with patience.I was able to get a quick appointment despite this being a specialty practice. The front desk staff greets you as soon as you walk through the door, Dr. Tan’s clinical assistant had a very upbeat attitude. Although it was my first visit, I overheard how she spoke to existing patients in the hallway, as if they were friends, which shows she cares. The young lady (sorry for forgetting names) in Durable Medical Equipment department was very informative and expressed good knowledge of equipment, costs, and also provided good explanation with fitting the device. Timing from check in to check out was good as well.Thank you all for an awesome 1st visit!
