Robert T. Greenfield's Online Review Report Card

My wife had neck problems a procedure was done to pinpoint the problem. The pain was much worse after the procedure. Attempts to get in to see Dr Greenfield sooner than 4 wk appt went no where. Wish we would have changed dr then. Before the fUp appt she was hospitalized with a severe migraine. At the appt she was miserable in tears. No empathy or compassion shown. Options were to do the procedure again or therapy. Oh here are pain pills in the meantime. She had already told them she doesn’t tolerate pain meds. When asked about procedure her outcome dr got defensive. We were not intimating anything was done wrong. Just wanted to know why she had bad reaction. To ask the dr who did the procedure required an appt. that meant an hour drive each way all while being miserable for something that would take 5 mins No telehealth option. Experienced no caring any where. No desire to help . Felt completely dismissed. Current dr is complete opposite. Compassionate and always available. Has done more in a week than 46 at Resurgeons.

Having worked in the medical field for over thirty years I think people have a warped concept of what surgeons do. They are not hand holders but highly trained doctors. I had a friend that Dr. Greenfield performed surgery on and went to every appointment and was there during surgery. Dr. Greenfield did everything he could but he cannot work miracles. Nothing is going to be perfect all the time. Dr. Greenfields staff are there to take care of all the details and Dr. Greenfield steps in with all the information and performs the surgery. I am sure he has helped many over his years of service.

He does not care at all about his patients. He BUTCHERED my neck and left the ugliest scar. He and his staff are rude and unprofessional. He does not bond with his patients at all. All he cares about is the money. Once o returned to work after surgery... I needed an ergonomic chair my job supplies the chair with a Dr.s note. I called the office thinking that they would fax the note over. Tuh I had to have an appointment just to get a Drs note for the ergonomic chair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR GREENFIELD

This doctor asked me my pain level I told him it was a 10..... And I quote its not a 10 you wouldnt have been able to walk in his office..... That is a very disrespectful nonlistening doctor I ever faced need to get together and stop disrespecting your patience you got the wrong one Im not that person......at the end of the day when you see me you see a strong black man if you ask me a question Im going to give you the correct answer stop doing that brother you are wrong.....

Doctor Greenfield is arrogant and rude. My mother in law paid thousands of dollars out of her own pocket for her back surgery and after having even more pain post surgery he is belittling her and offering no solution. Now she is in constant pain with no one to turn to because other doctors will not examine her until a year after surgery. I would not recommend him. He is cold and ill mannered.

Very bad service rude staff very expensive and the treatment I received didnt help at all The wait is to long before you see the doctor

I felt bad he was not patient and that he didn’t have a caring attitude when he explain things to you I felt like he didn’t believe me that I had to pain and if I didn’t have it I wouldn’t be here I don’t need medicine just to get in and said I don’t need physical therapy if it’s not necessary so I felt like he didn’t treat me the way I felt like I should’ve been treated so overall I felt that he was poor not like the other doctors here they all have a great bedside manner I didn’t like his bedside manner. Thank you

This Physician knows his stuff. I’ve had spine surgery and my recovery has been awesome. He cares he’s great. He’s experienced

Very arrogant doesn’t listen to my concerns about pain and my medical condition. My visits only last for 5 minutes at the most. He recommends that I see someone else in a rude manner. I would recommend that no one see him if you have a serious condition. He seems to contradict everything he swore in his Medical Hippocratic Oath

I had recent spinal surgery I found him to be very knowledgeable and concerned his staff especially Rachel was always willing to answer or return my calls I am confident with time I should have a full recovery
