Dr Faulkner, Cincinnati Eye Inst is one of the best ophthalmologist I ever seen!! I was very impressed with his knowledge, I will miss being under his care, he really helped me out with my chronic dry eyes and cares very much about his patients! I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends!

Dr. Faulkner & Team have been treating me for Dry Eye now for 2 years & he is THE Medical Expert! Am MUCH improved due 2 his care! Plus, he is a compassionate listener. SO important. As a Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis patient, this has likely been coming on for 35 years - wish I’d been referred WAY earlier. Had to give up contacts during 1st pregnancy (35 yrs ago) Optometrist just said I had “wrong kind of tears.” So much more complex than that! Highly recommend Dr. Faulkner for Dry Eye & also Colleague, Dr. Arar for Cataracts & Gen’l Ophthalmology. CEI are highly respected practice, involved in research - knowledgeable about latest therapies. Can’t do better. Also involved in charitable efforts. Good folks. They care.

Dr. William Faulkner cares for his patients as they were his family members. He is kind, gentle, and compassionate. He takes time to answer my questions, using laymen language as well as illustrative photos, sometime even drawing figures to help explain my eye conditions. He does not just treat my symptoms but also takes initiative to order extra tests to explore other potential causes of my eye problems. I have been to other eye doctors before, none of them have indicated to me that there might be other causes for my eye sickness besides the obvious factors. In addition, he discusses and thoroughly explains prescriptions to me and addresses to any concerns I might have before he prescribes the treatments. He always tries to find ways to save prescription cost for me. In addition to providing excellent care for my eyes, he works tirelessly with my insurance so that they would cover some critical prescriptions for my eyes. It has been a blessing to have Dr. Faulkner caring for my eyes!
