Doctors and staff are horrible. Saw Dr Cook. Ran tests to jack up her bill. Could have shared all of the same tests that are preformed every month 1 year post transplant. Told me I couldnt share them with her and didnt care well I want them done was her response. Billing office is horrible. Do not use any other their locations.
Sara Wallace is the best practitioner I have seen in my 60 years. Been her patient for the past several years.
This practice does not care about the Heath of their patients. It purely is about how many tests they can run and charge the insurance patient for. They even want to charge a fee to fill out a biometric form after completing blood work. The front staff is awful in addition to the drs. If you are having a Heath problem or looking for preventive care please look elsewhere so you can get the care you need and deserve.
Generally unsympathetic and unhelpful. Want to test you like crazy for the added charges. Final straw was this morning when I sat in a room for 30 minutes without seeing my provider. I got the distinct impression that she wasn’t even in the office yet. HORRIBLE customer service and even worse patient care.
Nightmare - Be Warned!Jason Holbrook and his zombie, staff - nobody was resourceful or helpful or gave any care to their mess up and new patient concerns.I was a brand new patient with good quality insurance. Nothing seemed strange in scheduling and arriving in the waiting room UNTIL after getting called into my appointment 10 minutes late (no big deal there) the assistant who was far from warm and fuzzy and not very professional took my vitals in a robotic, cold manner and then set me in a exam room. Started a heart monitoring procedure but I stopped her to ask if this would be covered by insurance. No care, she couldn't answer and didn't seem phased at all to help address my concern. Flash forward 47 minutes later I was still in the room with the door shut and no Doctor and no check-in from any staff. I dressed myself, walked out ready to leave and call it a day as this was not working for me. It was a 9:30AM appointment on a Thursday when they opened just 90 minutes prior. No emergencies or urgency or defibrillators or ambulances in sight,. Everything seemed normal in the halls. Nobody would help me and no Doctor still. No office manager and they would not provide me anything in writing that I was not seen. A receipt an email - nothing. Then this Doctor final rolls in (I went back to the exam room to wait as I had no option for proof of not being seen from the lower level staff) and acts like all is fine and Hello I'm here. What? This was now 58 total minutes late. I told him I was not comfortable with all that had gone one and was taking off. I did ask if this was normal. His response: YES - straight faced YES. So he got in my face a few minutes later out in the hallway when I was STILL trying to get some kind of proof and said "nobody here has time to do that" - this entire experience was ridiculous. I stayed calm"ish" and never caused a major scene or swore or anything. Guess what? They charged my insurance....haha I knew they would. They charged for services never rendered like a urinalysis and exam. What an unprofessional, rip-off operation this place is. One employee told me they didn't have an administrator/office manager. Another told me she was at another location. Yet another told me she was on vacation. They forgot about me. Doctor might not have even been in the building for that time I waited for all I know? They didn't value my time, my choice to leave before being treated/seen and refused to show proof and provide me a simple solution to the obvious issue. New patient with insurance gets treated like dirt. They will knowingly charge your insurance falsely causing you to jump through hoops with them. They will charge you even though they did not do the services. They will let you wait an hour in an exam room alone with no check in or update and consider it normal. This Doctor was a condescending jerk and offered nothing to smooth over an obvious issue with what should be a valued new patient. I should have caused a scene in the waiting room on my way out to warm others. Trust the bad reviews as my wife say a female Doctor 2 weeks earlier and said the experience was lackluster as well. Like an oki-doke physical...fast and ignoring her questions. I should have cancelled after she told me that. 0 for 2 Live and learn...
Dr. Cook and Sanchez are incredible physicians. As a health care professional I know what good quality care looks like and youll definitely find it at Cumming internal medicine.
I love Dr. Cook. I have been seeing her for over 2 years now and I trust her completely. Her staff is always kind and she is the kind of person and doctor who takes time with you to learn about you and be proactive with your care. I highly recommend Dr. Jennifer Cook. She is a great lady and a fine doctor.
Terrible Billing service...High attitude people sitting in billing dept
Things have changed for the better =D
I would give zero stars if that was an option. I have been coming to this office over a year seeing Sara Wallace and have had no problems. Six months ago I went in to get a prescription for a CPAP machine after my sleep study as that is what they said I needed to do. They told me I first needed to see a pulmonologist before I can get my CPAP machine. I thought this was strange as I had two CPAP machines before and never had to see a pulmonologist. Needless to say I was worried. Did they notice something that was wrong that made me have to see a pulmonologist? I called the nurse and left a message asking why I needed to see one and was there anything wrong with me. She left a voice mail more than a day later against their policy saying because that is how its done. That wasnt a satisfactory answer for me so I called again and left another voice mail asking to please explain in detail why I needed to see a pulmonologist. Again a voice mail was left more than 24 hours later and it said the doctor just said you need to see one. At this point I gave up and saw the pulmonologist and asked him. He clearly explained that now a CPAP machine had to be prescribed by a pulmonologist and that there is nothing physically wrong with me. Phew. That is all I needed to hear. Made sense yet this office would not tell me this and made me worry I may have something wrong with me. Fast forward to today. I go to see another doctor as the previous doctor would not answer a voice mail I left over three weeks ago regarding an unrelated issue. I am told after driving 35 minutes and waiting 30 minutes that I am not welcomed in this practice any more. They printed a letter they said they sent me that I never received back in July. It was very generic not explaining why. When I asked why I was not allowed there the lady said that I was being too aggressive when asking about me needing to see a pulmonologist. Well if a patient asking a question and then asking again because it was not explained the first time is aggressive then call me guilty. I was dumbfounded. If this is how they treat their patients that ask questions then I feel sorry for the next person who dares to ask why something is being done. Theyll be voted off that island as well

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
