Had to wait for more than 2 hours. Make you sit in the room for more than an hour and no updates on doctor. This is my first time and will be last. Bad experience.

Avoid this locations at all costs. Not only will their nurses, specifically Liz Griffin, intentionally break HIPPA laws and tell people outside of CHOA about your children’s medical history and visits but they also will not call in your child’s prescriptions until days later. I am highly disappointed with the care my daughter received from this location.

Amazing experience this evening! The nurses and doctor were very friendly and pleasant. My son had a cut in his head which they took care of (staple) and we were on our way less than 90 mins later. Thank you for everything!

do not take your child here!!! dr. O doesn’t know what she is doing. i took my child here wednesday because he clearly had a bad ear infection and she told me his ears looked completely fine and that his left ear was a little red. she wasn’t gonna prescribe him any meds if he wasn’t there within 6 months but luckily he was there in june. i took my child to scottish right last night and they told me my childs ears were VERY infected that it also made his eyes infected. i’m not sure how a doctor can look at a VERY infected ear and not see that it’s infected.
