Christina Weeks's Online Review Report Card

The practice says they accept eyemed insurance however Dr Weeks apparently does not and this is not specified as their own recording says the entire practice accepts eyemed. She charged almost $500 for a routine eye exam that would have been fully covered by eyemed. I will not be returning to this doctor again.

I took my 2 girls to see Dr. Week in April 2021. They said they’d bill me for the balance after filing with insurance. I never received a bill or any information saying I owed anything. I got a call yesterday from a collections agency saying they sent my 11 and 13 year olds’ accounts to collections. I called yesterday and no one returned my call. I called today and spoke with the lady in billing. She could care completely less about what the office had done. She said it is not the office policy to make phone calls regarding past due accounts-it’s apparently also not their policy to even send a bill in the first place. What a clown show.

Poor , rude receptionist, the lady at the front was very rude , look like she hate hard work , unfortunately I went there cuz one of my customers recommended this place but they don’t have compassion with patient especially if is a emergency

My entire examination was done by an “assistant” after which Dr. Weeks never even gave me a diagnosis. She was highly recommend by another doctor, and I had hopes of getting help with what I was told could be a neurological disorder causing me to have double vision peripherally. When I finally met with her, She didn’t ask me any questions, or seem interested in anything I had to say. Even after reading the notes from her assistant, Dr. Weeks barely made eye contact with me. When I asked what could be causing problems with my vision, while staring at her computer with her back to me, she said my problem was “age related” and that just like arthritis, some people experience it and some don’t. I waited over a month to see this doctor and the visit was over in literally 5 minutes. All that time wasted without me, the patient, receiving a diagnosis or prognosis at all.

Very disappointing experience with this doctor. I was told she was top of her field treating neuro-visual disorders and waited 6 weeks to see her. 99% of my examination was done by an “assistant” after which Dr. Weeks spent all of 5 minutes talking to me, barely even making eye contact while she stared into her computer. As a patient I found her demeanor cold and she seemed totally disinterested in anything I had to say. Even after reading the notes from her assistant, I was only given vague details about my condition and she seemed to have no interest in helping me whatsoever. I was sent on my way without a diagnosis within minutes of seeing her. Strangest experience with a doctor I’ve ever had, and a total waste of my time.

Always wait over an hour, never had a totally clear understanding of what we are treating and why treatments change every time we come.

My daughter had a corneal abrasion for which we went to Dr. Weeks . Although we got an appointment , it seemed forever before she was attended to . However , the doctor gave us adequate time for the examination . We were overall satisfied .

I would highly recommend Dr. Weeks. She and the staff are very professional and very kind. My 3 children are patients and our experience there has been great.
