Please avoid this practice as it is unprofessional. I called to request a form, and they promised to send it by the end of the day. However, they forgot, so I had to follow up. When they finally sent it, the form was incomplete. I called back to request the correct form, but they put me on hold for over an hour. When I tried calling again, the same thing happened. This level of service is truly unprofessional. This is not my first negative experience; I have encountered similar issues on past visits as well. Additionally, I booked an appointment with one doctor, but when I arrived, I was seen by a different doctor

Dr. Krishna was great and provided great care! She clearly explained everything and took her time with me. Great nursing staff and highly recommend!

Bad experience. Not recommended.

1. Every time I’ve had an appointment, I’ve been made to wait at least 35 minutes after being seated in the doctor’s room. Please respect patients’ time. 2. The nurse assistant seemed unqualified. She pretended to check my blood pressure and claimed it was 120/80, but I could tell it wasn’t done correctly. I asked the PA to check it again, and the correct reading was significantly different. 3. In my last 2 visits, I was only attended by a Physician Assistant. The doctor hasn’t had the courtesy to see me even once. 4. The lab technician was even ruder, with no bedside manners at all. I recommend finding a different primary care provider.

DO NOT GO! Dr. Shetty was by far the best doctor I have ever seen. After he left, I got transferred to the owner/lead doctor. She is the most unprofessional and inconsiderate individual I have ever talked to. I will be pulling all records and advising everyone to go somewhere else.

I've been coming to Dr. Dua for a few years now, and she's always been extremely kind, listens to my concerns and requests as a patient, absolutely my favorite PCP that I've ever had. It's easy to get an appointment, with my last doctor having to schedule 3 months out, and when she's not there, the NP(I forgot his name) was very helpful as well. If you're considering this practice, this is the doctor you want to see.

Went for a physical/annual checkup. The appointment and scheduling were all fine. Met Dr. Shetty and had a good discussion. My first issue was I requested PSA to be included in the blood tests due to recent issues in my close family. This was acknowledged by both the intake nurse, the nurse that did blood draw, and Dr. Shetty, the tests were not done. Dr. Shetty said he would follow up on the tests results and I could either get a report mailed or picked up, fine I thought. The FaceTime call was about 7 minutes long, I didn’t have any major issues, one level was high so he recommended coming in to retest that specific thing and they would also do the PSA draw/test then. My understand was this is all part of my insurance included preventative care covered as the same visit. At no point was it made known to me that the FaceTime call was treated the same as an entire in person practitioner appointment at a full $270 charge. When I went into the office for blood draw (only blood draw) they had a PA come in that asked me what was going on and I said, “I’m literally only here for a follow up blood draw”, he was in the room for less than 2 minutes. I was charged again for a full practitioner visit at $270. Now at this point I had already had a billing issue since they accidentally ran the visit wrong, but they force the account and were responsive to fix, but at this point I started getting the. Pulling for the two “visits”. It was nightmare to understand, the front office folks were just exceedingly unhelpful l, either not answering the phone, totally misunderstanding what was going on, or just referring me to the office manager who seems to barely ever been available in office. After months of getting the runaround I just paid the bill because I couldn’t keep taking time away from work to talk to them. The initial interaction I had with Dr. Shetty was positive, I would recommend him from what I know, but I cannot recommend going to this practice until they can fix their problem at the front desk.

Worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to, I would never recommend this place to anybody and wish I had gone somewhere else. The Dr. I had reassured me that I had something that later resulted in lab tests that I didn’t, she seemed to not care much about me, and it seemed like she had better things to do. When I went to pay for my visit, nobody seemed to know what the price of anything was so I kept being called to pay and then told to sit back down and back and forth. Everyone was so unprofessional, from front of house to back, the only exception was a nurse who actually helped me, I can’t remember her name but I remember her, she deserves better! I would’ve been waiting in the room I was in for the rude Dr. I had to “come back” like she said she would and never did, if it wasn’t for the nurse. -10/10
