Dr. Mangru is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He is very patient with all questions and does his best in answering them, without making the patient feel rushed.

I just want to say that if you want a rheumatologist that actually cares and their staff care just as much this is the place to go. I have switched multiple specialist multiple times due to not receiving the help I need, but not once have I ever considered switching from them. They always do their best to help me in anyway possible, even when it’s not in their field. I know that they will always do their best and if they can’t because it’s not something that they cover they will help find someone who does and never do I wonder if I’m not heard. And their staffing is always caring and kind. They definitely do not receive all of the amazing credit that they deserve. Thank y’all so much for always being there for me and others. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Mangru is knowledgeable and kind. Great bedside manner! I have some rather rare syndromes and he is competent and aware of all the issues.

I wish this could be a zero star review. I have never been treated worse by an entire doctor’s office from the front desk staff to the nurses, nurse practitioner, and doctor. They were rude and non compassionate to my health problems. I was put on the wrong type of medicine that never helped and only made things worse. I found a new rheumatoid arthritis specialist who is caring and knows what to do to treat me. Trust me, you don’t want to waste time and money or put your health at worse risk. Go see a real professional.

I started treating with Dr Mangru, who is patient, kind and knowledgeable. He immediately recognized my condition as Ankylosing Spondylitis, after 20+ years of doctors missing red flags and writing me off as having “chronic low back pain”. A couple months back I had a follow up with Amanda and she far exceeded my expectations. She is patient and took a very long time with me on our first visit. She’s a creative problem solver and is helping me navigate the possibilities for treatment. She helped appeal an insurance denial. She is responsive to all my questions I’ve had regarding medication, the covid vaccine, etc. I couldn’t be more pleased with this practice and practitioners. Someone gave them a bad review indicating “the front desk workers think they’re RNs” or something to that effect. I have no idea what that means. But the ladies that run the front desk are consistently nice and professional. The lady that draws labs is amazing. I barely feel the stick and she is also incredibly sweet. And just the simple fact that they have in house labs is so convenient. It would take a lot for me to switch practices. I’m a fan!

I've been seen in Dr. Mangru's office for over 2 years. I've always followed their course of treatment and my insurance ALWAYS covered every recommendation. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and have been receiving regular infusion therapy to combat my flare ups. In January 2021 their was a mix up with one of my insurance plans which was quickly corrected the following month. This office administered treatment for an infusion therapy ORENCIA, that we knew wasn't working and was never approved by my secondary provider and stuck me with the bill. Although all of my insurance coverage has verified my coverage for my current infusion, Dr. Mangru's office wanted to change my treatment because of this balance, NOT because of coverage. When I was switched to my current infusion therapy SIMPONI ARIA, which is administered by weight, this office prescribed my first two infusions at the incorrect weight which caused the infusions to be less effective, and it wasn't until I contacted their infusion center out of concern was the problem caught. They then required me to come back into the office, at over $300.00 per visit just for a weight adjustment. I travel over an hour to see Dr. Mangru. I'm not sure what has changed in this office but it's nothing like it use to be. BE CAREFUL and monitor your treatment if you decide to be seen here.

Front desk women think they're registered nurses.

Dr Mangru and group has been treating my ongoing issues with Lupus. They have been prompt, and easy to work with if I had to miss an appointment.

The entire staff from check in to check out is awesome! I'm so glad I found this office.
