This doctor does not welcome negative but critical feedback. After providing feedback just once he handed me my records and told me to seek care elsewhere, because i said i feel rushed during my appointments and feel a lack of compassion. This doctor doesn’t care 1 bit about improving his practice instead he got offended.

I came to see Dr. Esteves for my prenatal visits. I only saw him a total of three times including my delivery. He was always very short in responses and gave off the impression that he didn't want to speak to me. I ended up having a C-section. One day of being in the hospital the incision reopened. They called him to come back to the hospital and he said for me to schedule an appointment in his office 2 days from that date once I was released from the hospital. When he saw it was open at the appointment he decided not to reclose it claiming it could get infected. I went to the Emergency Room.Everyone at the hospital including nurses suggested I should take further action. I walked around for 6 months with bandages on the wound.I never saw him again after his initial decision not to recluse the wound even though I was still at his practice seeing his nurses. His discharge notes from the hospital he wrote that the wound reopened because I was obese. As a pregnant women I was 170.
