Eli A. Finkelstein's Online Review Report Card

I first saw Dr. Finkelstein 7 years ago. He treated my symptoms and I was pain free until June of 2021. Upon returning to see him I was treated respectfully listened to and after Xrays Dr. Finkelstein provided a physical exam. He then outlined what he saw in the Xrays provided an assessment of the physical exam and explained what he thought the best course of treatment would be. He was very specific analytical and conservative in his approach not opting for an invasive course of treatment to start with. Very pleased with my visit. Not at all what others have posted here. I definitely recommend Dr. Finkelstein.

He is terrible Completely perfunctory bordoring on rude and lacking in friendliness or compassion. Just dumped alot of info on me about a complicated situation and just said you decide with no guidance or recommendations. I am 67 and have seen a lot of doctors over my lifetime and he is at the bottom.

I have spinal stenosis and have had chronic back pain for years. Dr. F. presented options I chose the injection and I couldnt be happier. He took an appropriate amount of time with me in the initial appointment. The injection took place in a surgicaltype room with Xray facilities. I wore a hospital gown with open back while Dr. Finkelstein and his crew were in surgical scrubs with masks. The procedure was quick with minimal discomfort. I couldnt ask for a better experience before during and after the procedure. The Resurgens facility in Roswell is a welloiled machine. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Its critical that patients are fully compliant with all preprocedural instructions such as not taking certain medications and overthecounter items multivitamins supplements aspirin et al. My wife a retired Nurse Practitioner with 30 years experience in Atlanta also sees Dr. F. His reputation within the medical community is as good as it gets.

I was referred to Dr Finkelstein for back pain of 2 years duration. I must say when I read all the bad reviews on the internet I was uneasy about seeing him in consultation.After spending an hour with him while he took an extensive history and made a thorough examination from head to toes I really cannot understand how he got any bad review. He has every qualities it takes to make an excellent physician Great knowledge superb diagnostic skills caring totally devoted to listening to his patient and explaining everything clearly and in details making sure you understood it all. He is very pleasant and has a great bedside manner. He is the first doctor I saw in 2 years that diagnosed my problem right away.I would give him 6 stars if I could. I am a retired plastic surgeon and my wife a retired dermatologist and were most impressed by him. It is with the upmost confidence that I highly recommend him.

After spending over 1 hour with himdoing an extensive history and a thorough examination I really dont understand how he got any negative comment. He has everything you need to be an excellent physician Excellent knowledge great diagnostic skills caring totally devoted to listening to his patient and with an excellent bedside manner. He explained everything very clearly and in details and made sure I understood it all. He is the first physician I saw who diagnose my problem right away. I would give him 6 stars if I could. It is with the utmost confidence that I recommend him very highly. I am a retired Plastic Surgeon and my wife a retired dermatologist and we were both most impressed by him.

His Staff members are really kind and helpful. Had a very bad experience today The doctor was rude impatient and dint even have time to answer my questions about my MRI results. I was not happy about the way the Dr reacted for my questions. I should have read all these reveiewes before.

Refused to provide treatment for pinched nerve in by back because I had had recent treatment for a different pinched nerve in my neck. Doesnt care that I am in extreme pain. Can never speak directly to him or his Medical assistant. Have to leave multiple messages on voicemail and youre lucky to get a call back 2 days later.

Im surprised at the negative reviews. I went to Dr. Finkelstein for lower back and neck issuues and he offered many treatment options. He took his time in talking with me and made sure to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Finkelstein.

He left without answering my questions and never come back even thought I requested the front desk that I need answers to my questio
