The best primary care doctor with the best staff. Dr. Hsing is smart and truly cares about his patients. He listens well and doesn't rush. His coworkers are efficient and nice.

The smartest, most caring, and best listener who takes time and truly loves being a doctor. When I go to get various diagnostic testing from time to time or to specialists, I often have staff or other professionals say they know about him and I am lucky to have a great primary care doctor like Dr. Hsing. He doesn't rush. The staff is great as well. They are always efficient and really take their jobs seriously and patients first.

I have had a very caring and great experience with Dr. Hsing and the staff. My last appointment was today May 22, 2023. Dr. Hsing is very thorough and caring. He gives you time to explain your concerns and listens well. He is very knowledgeable and gives great advice. He is solution oriented.

Even though on the website says excepting new patients they are NOT. Amy answered the phone with “This is Amy”. I proceeded by asking if they were accepting new patients all she said was “no” and hanged up the phone. Take you business elsewhere, if the receptionist is this rude I don’t want ever meet the doctor.

Dr. Hsing is the most caring physician I’ve ever known. He acts as though I am the only patient he has and never rushes any of our visits. He is attentive to messages sent through the portal and answers at all hours, even after hours and in the evenings. I actually feel guilty sending in questions because he works tirelessly, day and night. His kindness and dedication are reflected in his office staff, who are wonderful and always happy to see his patients. I would not trade Dr. Hsing for any amount of money in this world! We need more like him!
