Stay away from this practice. They have the worst billing staff. I called them a week before my appointment to get the cost estimate . They assured me they were in network with Cigna. When I received my patient responsibility estimate I noticed the charges were double then what was the customary and fair rate. When I questioned the billing person Amanda , she was rude and behaved aggressively. She tried to deflect and insisted they were in network. The next morning I decided to reconfirm with my insurance company, who confirmed that they were out of network. I feel so cheated. This is such an unethical practice. Dr Threadgill was not impressive at all. They hardly had all the correct information in the system. He spent less than 5 minutes with us and was not attentive. Stay away and go somewhere else. I canceled my daughter's surgery because I do not trust them.

Wish I had read these reviews before I went there. I also had a horrible experience. Billing staff are totally incompetent.

Dr Threadgill is a wonderful dental surgeon. Kind, caring and compassionate along with smart, professional and knowledgeable I’m a bonifide dental phobic and the thought of getting a tooth pulled gave me many sleepless nights and anxiety but Dr Threadgill and his wonderful assistants put me at ease and treated me so kindly I highly recommended them all. Both Dr Threadgill and his wonderful assistant Christine both called me the following day to check up on me, that shows he cares about his patients

Dr. Threadgill was fabulous! He did excellent work, and I had very little pain and swelling afterwards. Highly recommend!

I should have known something was amiss when I told my orthodontist that I was going to this practice and he made a strange face - kind of like you do when you discover a poo floating in your subdivision pool. I soon found out why. The office staff here is breathtakingly inept. Communications seems to be a concept of confusion as they waited until late in the day before surgery to tell me they needed more information, which I dropped everything to get. On the day OF surgery they wanted even MORE information and faxes and emails, while used easily by most companies in the western hemisphere, is still an emerging technology to this practice. And then it occurred to me that something is horrifically wrong here. These are the people who will operate the critical machinery required to keep me alive, but can't get a fax or an email? Or was there something else going on? Either way I would as soon extract my own teeth with fishing line and a melon baller so I ran out of there as fast as I could. The end result was my orthodontic treatment is set back by a month, three days taken off to heal was wasted. But the bright side is, I found a proper oral surgery practice which doesn't cause my dentist's eye to subconsciously twitch which I mention them. If you have a choice seek treatment elsewhere - or get our your fishing line and melon baller.

Listen to the negative reviews here, they should have been a warning flag but I ignored them only to enjoy my own personal horror story with this practice. After waiting until the DAY BEFORE surgery to inform me that they needed more information from my personal physician - even though the appointment was made a month ago and they knew that they didn't have the info the whole time, I rushed to get it for them per their instructions. The morning OF surgery they informed me they needed even more information that they didn't mention the day before. So I waited two hours while they unsuccessfully fumbled with faxes and emails and despite confirmations that it was sent and received - they kept claiming that they didn't receive anything. There was DEFINITELY something fishy going on there. And since these are the people that have to operate the machinery that I must trust to keep me alive during general anesthesia, yet are somehow confused by the workings of a fax machine, email, basic human communication, or even common courtesy I got an immediate refund and walked out in disgust. I would as soon pull my own teeth out with a fishing line and a rusty melon baller than do business this practice again.

My procedure hurt far after when it was supposed to stop. I would not reccomend.

I had my wisdom teeth taken out last week and Dr. Threadgill was awesome with everything! I will definitely go back to him I need anything else done!
