STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. Doctor is RUDE and DISMISSIVE, and does not care about the patients' well being. Find ANYWHERE else to go but here!
DO NOT COME HERE!!! If you are a person that needs referrals from your primary care because of your insurance please, stay far away from this place and avoid any headaches and stress! Dr. Jay is amazing but sadly I called my insurance and changed the doctor. Due to my new insurance I needed new referrals to visit my doctors that I have already been to. I have needed referrals multiple times on doctor appointments that I have scheduled a month or two out because of availability. When I call Lanier Family Practice a few days before my other doctor’s appointment they mention the referral has not been started/ sent to either my insurance or the doctor. I schedule my appointment with Lanier Family Practice way ahead in order to give them time to complete all paper work. I have spoken to the office manager and she has apologized but nothing has changed after multiple times and months. They keep using the excuse of being backed up since October because of losing people. Another girl uses the excuse of “ I’m so sorry, if this came across my desk it would have been completed”. I’ve heard the same exact excuses back in February and now in July. I’ve lost one appointment already that was scheduled three months ahead of time and I gave Lanier Family Practice a month and a half to complete the paperwork and they didn’t, which made me lose my appointment and had to reschedule. I almost lost another appointment that is coming up. Please avoid this place!
Fast and great when super sick*
Absolutely terrible doctor. I try to explain my problem with depression and whats going on with me but she would not let me talk talk and would not let me explain the situation. Prescribed Medication made me go cuckoo and she was absolutely absolutely terrible so if you an American, I would consider for you not to come over here because they have no respect for you here..
Her personality is dry. After COVID, we stopped going to hospitals or doctors offices for the obvious reasons. Tried to get an appointment, being that I was one of her patients, and was told I haven’t been to her office in 3 years. I no longer can get into the schedule until 7 months out. Good thing my health is good. I do not recommend it his practice.
RUN do not go to the office in Dacula. First time with Dr. Rashmi for a physical. during my physical I requested to also check my hormones. They drew blood same day at her office. To my surprise, I received a bill for an office visit. I spoke with Lynn to correct the coding from an office visit to an annual physical, it's been 3 weeks and nobody has called me back. I had to file a complaint and an appeal to correct the coding. Due to this coding issue and my blood not used for a physical, I won't have an annual check up for 2022 because of their unethical practices.
good dr
Great office staff but very rude Doctor. Some of the good nurses have left this practice unfortunately.
Absolutely worst and rudest doctor I have encountered in my life. No wonder one her the top nurses left this horrible practice and moved away to another practice. Dr. Patro has no leadership qualities, and is honestly unhinged in her communication towards patients. She is so rude in her internal communication to her own staff members. I was shocked how she writes to her own staff members when, instead of replying to them, she sent her message to me by mistake thru the messaging system addressing me in third person, in a equally rude way. When I tried to clarify that my request was in response to her own staff's information, she forced the practice manager to exclude me from being her patient. Fine, that's her choice. But good riddance!!! Bottomline: stay away from this practice if you are serious about your health and sanity. As long as you are able to follow routine check-ups without asking too many questions about your own health, you are fine. If you attempt to request advices pertaining to your specific health situation, you've asked too much and you shall be kicked out.
The absolute worst doctor I have ever experienced. I saw Dr. Patro in 2017. I was experiencing weight loss, no appetite, fatigue, depression, back pain, my right buttcheek had gotten considerably smaller than my left (weird I know), etc. I had lost 15lbs in 2 months and could not handle losing anymore. I explained to her that a few years back my thyroid levels had tested high and was wondering if she would test them again. She instead tells me to eat 6 small meals a day. I tell her I have tried that, but I have absolutely zero appetite and feel like there could possibly be an underlying issue, which is why I asked for my levels to be tested again. This woman tells me there is nothing else she can suggest and that women would kill to be my size. Um what?? She then proceeds to tell me to go home and keep a diary for a YEAR about my symptoms and then come back. I had already been suffering and now she's telling me to wait another year and brushing my weight loss off as a joke? I walked out. 3 weeks later a lump shows up in the front of my neck on the right side. Yep, on my thyroid. I immediately made an appt with an ENT who tells me I have a mass growing through the right side of my thyroid and I need to have it surgically removed and tested for cancer. Had the mass removed along with the right side of my thyroid. It tested non cancerous. Thank God. After surgery I still was experiencing weight loss and my ENT referred me to an endocrinologist and then a rheumatologist where I was diagnosed with an auto immune disorder. The inflammation that an auto immune disorder can cause was happening around my spine and making it in to a letter S. Hence the back pain and small buttcheek. Had I of listened to Dr. Patro I honestly have no clue what shape my health would be in today. I know Autoimmune disorders are hard to diagnose, but this woman didn't take caring for me any further than telling me to eat 6 small meals a day and that women would kill to be my size. Stay away from this practice or at least get a second opinion with whatever this woman tells you about your health. Absolutely horrifying.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
