After looking on my insurance provider provider portal. I made an appointment to see Dr. Simmons. I explained that I hadn’t been to the doctor in quite some time and would like a physical and blood work done. The office checked to see if that could be done. Once agreed upon, I made my appointment. The following day the received a call from the office stating that the doctor wouldn’t be during my appointment time so we moved the time to earlier in the day. On this call, I confirmed with the office on why I wanted to see the doctor. Again, I was out on hold for them to check. Again, I was assured it could be done. As I was filling out my paperwork the morning of the appoint (8am), I told that Dr. Simmons was not the right type of doctor for me to see. I was a little upset as I tried to do my due diligence to explain and confirm the reason for my appointment. At the end of it all, here I sit writing this review not having seen a doctor. I guess this is just my luck….

Misdiagnosed....cost me 6onths to heal...then billing dept kept billing me for copays which had already been paid!!

Dr. Simmons is a personable doctor (which goes a long way with me) who takes time with his patients and will answer your questions regarding your pain and it's management. Would recommend.
