Since Dr. Morrow passed; is not the same . Poor attention, very bedside manners . Dr . Kindregann , cannot handle the pressure. I’m having high blood pressure, asked for help , and medication was denied . I end up in ER , with a very high blood pressure and all the symptoms of a heart attack. I changed doctors right away . YAY !!! HOW WE MISS DOCTOR MORROW …. He really cared for his patients.

Doctor Morrow was a great man and is truly missed. They need to change the name to Village Medical now, because the service they give does not need to be associated with Dr. Morrow's name. There is absolutely zero communication between anyone in the office. Oh and if you need something on Friday, forget it because the only person who can sign off on anything doesn't work Fridays! This place has gone to an absolute joke. Stay away at all costs. Traveling hours to another doctor will save you a load of time and hassle, as weird as that sounds.

This facility was much better when Dr Morrow used to run this. There were walk ins and they used to accommodate if you are sick. I am not returning to this clinic in future.

Attempted to call and pay my bill and the "call center" person was rude and disrespectful. It certainly is not the same since being bought out by Village Medical. I will be looking for a new practice for my family as this is not what I expected from Dr. Morrow. Too many practices in Cumming to choose from these days.

All about money. Found a new doctor that isn't pushing my women exams. Got a second opinion on my blood results and guess what. No issues! Apparently, I was pre-diabetic (never before) and nurse getting angry with me over the phone. Wow, go to another doctor, sugar was way below normal. Stay away.

I absolutely look forward to seeing my doctors here in this location! They treat you like they’ve known you forever. Their attention and care is unmeasurable. I’m so happy I found them.

This is the worst place to go for referrals, for medical care, for absolutely anything at all. Find a different practice !!

I have only been to this office once. The experience was pleasant/professional. The issues comes to light down the road when billing occurs. I had a simple preventative annual visit. Now several months later I am receiving a bill for nearly $1000. Ultimately the Healthshare I was a member of didn't cover the annual visit. That's a separate issue, but now that I am dealing with Village medical directly they don't seem to want to offer any discounts to get these charges to something fair/reasonable. The bill is all over the place. I am being charged for 2 separate office visits even though I was only there once. Their reasoning is because something was discussed outside of the normal physical. The only thing was I was asked if anything was bothering me, I said my foot (plantar fasciitis) she said ok we will give you a referral to a physical therapist. Boom, just doing that cost me an additional $300. Also, please don't respond to this review with the generic response I see on the other reviews. The response they are giving includes a telephone number and that they would like to help resolve the issue. This number is a 3rd party billing company in South America (I know because the rep told me). This rep also could not help with the issue. He submitted a question to the practice over a month ago and I have yet to hear back from them. I had to reach out directly to the office which still doesn't seem to be getting me any help. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. It is extremely discouraging to see a medical practice take advantage of people like this. Asked for a 5pill refill of an oral steroid for a recurring nerve injury. Had to call 'nurse line' a dozen times, each time waiting for the nurse to 'get back' with me, which never happened. Finally after over a week was told that I have to schedule a new appointment and pay for another office visit to get relief. Kinda sounds like they rather have my money than try to help me stop hurting. I'm looking for a new doctor.

This medical practice is in business to make money. Period. Closes for lunch for 1.5 hours M-F (absurd), so they are open only 7.5 hours a day. The only provider worth seeing there is Emily Downs, PA.
