Nathan Cleaver's Online Review Report Card

I have been to many dermatologists over the years and find Dr Cleaver to be the best. He is friendly, thorough and knows his job extremely well. I first met him when I needed Mohs surgery. I felt his warmth and concern right from the beginning. I have no hesitation to recommend him to friends and family.

So far so good. I had Mohs done on basil cell skin cancer on my nose and Dr. Cleaver and his staff were wonderful throughout the long process. Keeping me very informed etc. I would recommend you dress very warmly, as it was freezing in the exam rooms and the staff doesn’t really check in on you while you wait. The closure that Dr. Cleaver did seems to be perfect.

As a physician, I am extremely impressed by Dr. Cleaver. He listened patiently and was extremely thorough, explaining what he saw and his plan. He is very smart as I learned listening to him both in a lecture to other physicians as well as our office visit. He is also excellent at following through. He has really earned my respect and trust. Since moving to Atlanta I had flown back to my dermatologist in MI but since Covid I tried 2 others here for a skin Cancer, they were not thorough and dismissive. his assistants are also very kind, and respectful. I made an appointment with this dermatology office. Waited a month to get an appointment. Saw Dr. Woodson after a 30 min wait in the office. Office staff was nice enough, but the Dr is in such a hurry, I felt like I was trying to talk to her as she was running by. I had a cyst grow on my face. When I showed it to her, she called it a mole and asked me what I wanted her to do about it. I asked her to remove it and have it biopsied and she did not want to? Why would I wait a month for the appointment to see a dermatologist for her to ask me what to do about it? She did remove the cyst, but was in such a hurry, she removed it and also ripped my skin next to it, on my face! :-( Please do yourself a favor and find another doctor if you need a dermatologist. Did not get a once over for unusual spots, hardly got the time for what I came in for and felt very rushed. This Dr is in too much of a hurry to care!

Scheduled an appointment to see dermatologist, Got Dr. Woodson here. Waited a month to see her, she was in such a hurry, I felt like I saw her while she was running by! Did not have time to speak with her properly. She acted like she was too bothered to listen to anything I said. A cyst had grown on my face and she said it was a mole. When I asked what I wanted her to do about it. I asked to have it removed and biopsied, made her upset? It’s on my face & she took it off along with some of my other skin, look like she ripped the skin off around it. Do yourself a favor & find another Doctor if you want someone that cares! :-(

Dr Cleaver is amazing. He is smart, attentive, kind and efficient. His staff is also excellent. I got the most thorough skin exam ever, and he did my biopsy on the spot, without needing to reschedule another appointment. As a physician myself, I appreciate excellent care when I receive it, and this office is superb.

I could not get into a Dermatologist when we moved to Gainesville and now I am so glad. Dr. Cleaver is a nice guy and does not spray or chip everything he sees. He is conservative and I am glad of that. Never have to wait long and very friendly and actually stays in the room long enough to answer questions. Worth the trip.

Dr. Cleaver and the staff are always very quick to address my concerns, in a friendly yet professional way !!
