Review Summary
It seems like you're sharing a mix of experiences at a medical clinic. From your message, it's clear that you've had both positive and negative encounters there. On the positive side, it seems that many staff members, including the doctors and nurses, have been helpful, friendly, and informative. You mentioned that the clinic provides adequate medical care and that some practitioners, like Dr. Matthews and Dr. Ren, have left a strong impression due to their professionalism and attention to detail. However, you also mentioned several negative experiences, particularly related to billing and insurance issues. It sounds like there was a significant issue with the front desk staff regarding payment expectations and insurance handling, which led to a lot of frustration on your end. Moreover, communication, especially in the billing department, seems to have been lacking, as reflected in your interactions with the staff and your phone calls being disconnected. It's unfortunate when administrative issues overshadow the quality of medical care. If you haven’t already, you might consider reaching out to the clinic's management to address these billing concerns directly. They may not be aware of the issues, and addressing them could improve the experience for you and future patients.ScoreDoc Score

Exceptional practice! Love the nurse practitioner!!! So kind and great at what he does!!!
Everyone at the office was real nice and concerned with my legs. The receptionist was real nice and the wait wasn’t long! Once back the lady that did my ultrasound was nice and explained what was going on. The Dr was real nice too and explained why I feeling pain in my leg, the next steps and what I could do until the procedure to help me. It was an overall great experience! Highly recommend their office!
I was pleasantly surprised. I had no idea what to expect. The staff was friendly and efficient. The Doctor took time to explain the results and answer questions. It took the worry of the unknown out of the equation.
I went in and see Dr ren I feel more comfortable going to him than the other one he told me you know what's going on and or like that so I would recommend anybody to come and see you
Efficiency and Knowledgeable, had ultra sound of veins to get graph for Hemo Dialysis and examination to remove old PD Catheter.
Great staff!!! Everyone is so nice and informative. Pleasant experience.
Always professional and on time. Great doctors and staff.
Last Friday I had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Thomas Matthews. It was a pleasure to be greeted and treated by the entire staff. This office stands out in professionalism, friendliness and kindness! Thank you Dr. Matthews and your staff for making my visit so pleasant.
they charged medicare 4500 to collapse a vein in my right leg, did not work but billed anyway....wish i could do a job badly and still get paid top dollar
You will get adequate medical care. But they will steal from you. They did not bother to run my insurance first and are now fraudulently holding my money until the insurance settles with them. When I call, they hang up on me. I am constantly being told that "their supervisor is out of the office" and after three months, have just resorted to reporting the charges as fraudulent and letting them argue with my credit company instead. Literally not worth talking to the rude woman that works in billing. Do not go here unless you are fine giving your money away in return for average medical care. They stole $313.23 from me-I will not be returning.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
