Ric and Tracy are very efficient and nice. They are doing good with their job. They do hard work to make sure everyone is being taken cared off!

The wait was extremely long to get tested for Covid. I think this location was understaffed. Overall, the staff are very welcoming and nice. I was one of the last appointments and the nurse practitioner was very informative and energetic despite a long day he may of had. Besides being behind two and half hours after making an appointment…. the visit was good.

These people are doing a great job.Tracy & Ric who treated & assisted us are easy to talk to and very professional. Thank you guys and everyone for helping all your patients.

Dr Rice and his team of professionals are in business to save lives. They do that exceptionally well. I trust them with mine, and you can trust them with yours.Your PERSONAL PHYSICIAN is the best source of truthfull, unbiased, up to date information about the SARS COVID viruses and the vaccines.Turn off the TV. Listen to your Doctor. (Especially if it's Dr. Rice)For the 2nd year running, Piedmont Urgent Care is THE only place to go to get a covid test on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day up here in God's country.@8a.m. On Christmas Day 2021 over 50 people were in line to get a COVID-19 test. (Most for travel) Soon enough we were told only 20 would be seen. The limited staff maintained their high standards of patient care and continued to treat their customers/patients with kindness and respect.I felt the need to be tested because we had family coming and My husband and I both had symptoms. AND OMG we both have Covid. So for us, Christmas and New Years celebrations are postponed this year. We're not going to knowingly infect other people.THANK YOU Dr. Rice, and Piedmont urgent care for helping us not spread the virus. I actually need covid tests more often than I've ever needed urgent care, but should I need urgent care, this is where I'm going.

Excellent service by the nurses and doctor- despite it being a very crowded Christmas morning. Most of the people in line were there for obtaining proof of negative Covid results for travel, but the nurse could tell I wasn’t feeling well & got us seen as soon as she could. I did test positive, so it was to everyone’s best interest to get me out of the waiting room quickly. They handled the crowds very well, they were very apologetic for the wait, but I was so very thankful to them for being open on Christmas morning to help me get on the road to recovery.

Sought Covid testing due to heavy cold-like symptoms. Since it was Christmas morning, most urgent cares were closed, putting an abnormally heavy burden on the staff. The long wait was expected. Staff was courteous and accommodating.

Extremely impressed with this team’s care and customer service. They have been placed in the very difficult spot of having extremely few COVID rapid tests available for a huge number of patients seeking them. They handled every patient they could, but turned people away with courtesy, empathy, and professionalism once they ran out of tests. Well done!

The staff is to be commended. They work diligently to make sure we feel cared for. With the pandemic picking up speed, the receptionists greet everyone and address all of their concerns with grace. Dr. Rick was pleasant, thorough, professional and humorous. He spent a lot of time with our family and addressed all of our questions. They are putting their lives on the line, exposed to hundreds of persons that may be infected. I pray for their safety and longevity.
