Insurance and money SCAM! They make you pay everything upfront in full and I had to file through insurance myself. Well even though my insurance paid 100% they won't give us the money back! I'm a gestational carrier and this is so much unnecessary stress on myself, my agency, and the parents. Plus they never return phone calls or answer to begin with. Impossible to get anything done.

My overall experience was great. It was the first time I've been to a fertility doctor, after trying many times unsuccessfully. Dr. Strab was very patient with me and answered all my questions with judgment. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the processes. They didn't make me feel uncomfortable or out of place. Which I was already feeling that way before I went into the office. When I got in there I was able to relax knowing I was in good hands. If you are looking for a knowledgeable doctor I advise going to thus office.

No one should have to wait over 30 minutes past their appointment time. If you arrive on time for your appointment you should be shown the same curtesy to be taken back a reasonable time. I understand running behind, but waiting 46 minutes to be seen is rude.

Do not waste your time with this SCAM ARTISTS. They do not have any regular doctors working with them. They hire doctors as needed and all they do is keep charging your money every tiome you go there for ultrasonography. After several ultrasonography and $1600 cash payment, when I asked to see a doctor to consult, they said I had to pay $300 cash for the doctor consulting, and the appointment would be a month later since the doctor was not available. They just set up with some unfrofessionbal mimimum paid nurses and cheap ultrasonography machine and rented a room to repeat ultrasonography and keep taking your money. This is a total bomey grabbig SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.

I would put a negative star if I could. I went to my first appointment alone (my husband was working) and saw Dr. Straub. He didn’t seem to take me seriously and he had absolutely no empathy. I had just found out I had low AMH and was devastated and he told me my only route would be IVF (I was 24 at the time) and there was a very high chance that that wouldn’t work. Here I am a year and a half later, used a different fertility clinic and got pregnant with my first IUI and have a beautiful 3 month old little boy. This clinic did not give me any options, they made me feel like everything would fail anyway, and all they wanted was to make me do the most expensive procedure. I do not recommend this doctor at all.

We went to Dr. Straub after being diagnosed with unexplained infertility. We explored our options at the time and, once we were ready, we chose to do a cycle of femara. They were excellent in making sure they had every aspect covered in order to help up the chance of us getting, and staying, pregnant. They added estrogen, femara, an ovidrel trigger shot and progesterone. They did ultrasounds to track my cycle. They were completely on top of everything. Luckily, we got pregnant the first cycle! So far, I’ve reached my 2nd trimester with a healthy baby girl and I have since graduated from Reproductive Biology Associates and moved to a OBGYN. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again if we try for another in the future. Manisha (the nurse) was also extremely helpful and very “on top” of everything. This is especially important since a lot of steps are time-sensitive during the process. **update: we are currently 34 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby girl thanks to the help of RBA!

Hello, on 12/05/2018 I went for the first time with Dr. Straub, he is an excellent doctor, his way of explaining the diagnosis is very detailed, also looks for the way the insurance covers as much as possible, I inspire a lot of confidence like the staff who works with him, all very professional, thank you Dr. for such a nice treatment, I feel very safe to put my problem in the hands of a doctor like you and I know that with God ahead I will achieve my dream of being a mother.

We used Dr. Straub to help us find out why we couldn't get pregnant. He was very informative and good at educating us on the science of our options. Every appointment (and there are a million) was pleasant and well organized. I did not feel like I was the first person to do IVF. They are very detailed and built a rapport with me. We had a successful IVF baby and many embryo's for future use. We will use them again when we want to try for a second!
