I see Dr Rishita Patel as my primary care provider. She always takes time to explain things thoroughly. The annual exams are more thorough than I have seen from any previous doctor. She is also very responsive via the online portal. Strange - I see the other reviews and just have not had that experience.

I never really write reviews but I really love this place! Everyone is so kind and nice and understanding! Dr. Patel is amazing she listens and really gets to the point and explains things really well. And the staff when you walk in is very kind. And the MA I always see there when I go, Buffy is amazing as well. It is worth the drive for me since I live far!

would give 0 stars if possible. the doctor would rather waste time going back and forth in messaging system than just call the pharmacy or have someone in the office contact the pharmacy to refill prescriptions. would not recommend this doctor, and I will probably have to find another provider.

I am visiting CHA Revere for last 3 years under Dr Patel. She didn't see me for my past 2 visits, rather I checked with her CNA. Only last time she spend time with me. She was very busy, impatient. More over she put wrong code for routine services, she put office visit and that cost later to me. She is very unreliable.

Doesn't listen to you as a patient. Assumes and look at you like you are crazy and very judge mental. I do not feel comfortable having her as a pcp.
