Doctor is fine, but their Billing department is the worst with which I've ever worked. They absolutely harrassed my wife and love to embarass their patients about billing/payments/insurance very loudly and in front of everyone in a quiet patient lobby.

I appreciated the attention, and care that Dr Khetpal gave me on my visit to see him. I had to go to the er, again, to get help for very high bp. He gave me quality time, and that is what patients need. Thank you, Dr. Khetpal Wilma Barton

Everyone in the office was friendly even though my first visit was made to feel like i had been going for many yrs ,very comfortable environment . every thing was explained to me, wasn't rushed all questions answered . 😁

I was extremely appreciative that Dr. Khetpal was able to see me so last minute. He has a great bedside manner and I very quickly felt at ease with him. I felt he genuinely cared about me and wanted to help. He was able to make a determination after hearing my symptoms and conducting an examination. He ordered several tests for me, to as quickly as possible, understand what's causing my issues. I highly recommend Dr. Khetpal. He's a "good guy" ! I also appreciate the professionalism of the office staff and the fantastic Technician who assisted. You're a fantastic team !!

I have had good care with Dr Khetpal. I would have given 5 stars but his office overcharged me for my visits. I didn't know that until I received statements from my insurance company 2 months later. I called and asked them about it and they said I did have a surplus balance. Then it took 3 weeks to reimburse me. I doubt I will return.

Dr. Vikram Khetpal is WONDERFUL!!!! I was so nervous about my appointment, but he was so compassionate and his level of expertise was amazing. He really took an inordinate amount of time explaining the needed tests and protocol. He is such a great doctor and a wonderful human being. I instantly connected with him and felt that my care was extremely important to him. I highly recommend Dr. Khetpal.
