List of Alliance Spine And Pain Centers's Reviews
Horrible experience. Like a revolving door for pain patients. Get your money and get you out...... The wait time was ridiculously long. Waited almost 2 hours And they couldnt care less about making me wait even though I had left work for WAY longer than I expected. Dr. Rosenfeld barely listened. I felt no genuine concern from him. I heard him in his office having a personal conversation on the phone while I was waiting and waiting. 2 injections neither worked. Went to a spine and neurosurgery doctor NOT a pain management place. Got 1 injection felt better immediately after getting off the table. OH and I was NOT put under anesthesia and charged $1000s of dollars. This place is awful. Find somewhere else to go. Find a Spine Center NOT a pain management clinic. They offer the same thing. Its terrible I had to wait 5 weeks to get into this pain center. I got an appointment at the actual spine center within 1 week.
The staff are all basically nice to deal with. The problem is getting a Preauth done in order to get pain medication refilled each month. My last visit was on 1272020. The nurses and staff were informed that they needed to submit a Preauth for my pain medication as they have to do each month. Lately I end up either running out of my pain medication or very close to running out before they will submit anything. I have to constantly call them several times a day to remind them. They always say it takes up to a week to get the Preauth done or that it has already been submitted but my insurance says they havent received one and it only takes 2448 hours. I dont know whos job it is to submit a patients Preauth but someone is definitely NOT doing their job. My insurance has offered to help me find another pain management provider which I plan on doing at the first of the new year.NOT everything can be blamed on covid19 but Alliance Spine and Pain Management will use that as an excuse or just lie to you saying they have submitted the Preauth when they havent done a thing.
I luv my whole team Ive been wDr. Hord since I moved 2 Georgia 11yr ago...1 of best doctors I ever had
Absolutely the rudest receptionist and evidently they dont care.. so many negative reviews and nothing done... wont be coming back and will be activelyPromoting that others I care about do elsewhere
I have been seeing Dr. Rosenfield for about 7 years now.I have a rare condition called Neurofibromatosis Type 1. He has worked with me on managing the constant pain that I am in.He addresses my concerns and answers my questions. I have been to many doctors whom I feel do not even listen when I talk to them and explain to them what is going on with me. Most doctors give me and uhhh huuuhh.. yep mmmmmmm etc...Dr. Rosenfield actually listens and responds with advice The rest of the staff is friendly and accomodating.
Horrible staff. Tried to book an appointment spoke to 3 different people and they were progressively rude. Booked an appointment hassle free elsewhere. I dont need to beg for medical care and certainly not from anyone here
Dr G has been the best. She has helped me in so many ways. This is the best pain specialist I have ever had for my back and neck issues. I recommend this practice to anyone who needs pain management and help with spinal issues. Not only is the staff friendly they are supportive and kind. They actually talk to you. Unlike others where I feel like I dont exist. 55 score from me
DR.Chris Cable is the best. I have been seeing him for the better part of three years. He has great bedside manors he is really good at making all procedures as painless as possible. He figures you are in enough pain he shouldnt be adding to it. I see him at their Austell as well and no matter which location I visit his staff is wonderful
FRAUDULENT BILLING PRACTICES BEWARE AND AVOIDAlthough I had been very happy with the medical care I received from Dr. Cable I was subjected to what was either gross incompetence or outright fraud in dealing with billing personnel of Alliance. Due to this I am now being charged for over $2000 of services that I was promised on multiple occasions would incur zero cost. I have tried repeatedly over several months to work it out with them but they have continued lying and are refusing to cancel the charges.I was planning on having and ultimately did have a few rounds of injections in my back for a lower spine problem. However I wanted to be 100% certain ahead of time that all charges associated with the procedures were in network with my insurance company. On a few different occasions with different people I was promised and told in person that they had confirmed on their end as well as with my insurance company that the doctor facility and anyall charges coming from them were in network with my insurance. I was assured time and time again that the only payments I would personally make were the ones I made in the office.Despite all of this they started sending me bills AFTER all treatment was completed. I spoke with several people in the billing department and they had since changed their story. They claimed the conversations never took place or that they said the opposite of what they told me. I spoke with their office manager who said that he understood my position and was inclined to side with me but that he could do nothing about it.Most recently I received another call from their Liar in Chief the billing supervisor. In addition to being purposefully rude condescending and unhelpful she has continued her madeup stories. The doctors are good but the nonmedical staff they employ is full of incompetence and lies. Due to this I can never be a patient there again and I am warning everyone I know about their shady billing maneuvers. DO NOT GO HERE
The treatment I have received so far at this office was good until I had to go back and see Dr. Naureen Adam for my follow up after my 3rd epidural. That morning I got pulled over for speeding and was delayed. I called the office to tell them I was running late and why. The girl on the phone told me they only give you a 15 min grace period after those 15 mins its up to the doctor if she wants to see you or not. I got to the office 25 mins late and sat there for a few mins. Then the girl from the front desk told me that the doctor couldnt see me. Then asked me if I can come back tomorrow. I told her once again why I was late she went to the back and when she returned she still told me that they wouldnt see me. I took the day off for that appointment and I was furious. I told her its okay and began to walk out and she asked me if I needed a rx to hold me over. I just left. Then I called the office to see if they could refill my rx and they refused to refill it because they want me to see the doctor. At that point I told them I will never return to the office and if I need more medication I will go see another physician. They seemed not to care and havent heard from them since. I was late to an epidural appt since my husband had to take me and had issues with time due to his schedule that day but they didnt have an issue with that because I guess its obvious they make more money with those appointments. I have never been turned away at a doctors office. There was only one other patient in the waiting room. After the 3rd epidural my back has not felt right. The 2nd one took well but this 3rd one has thrown my back off a bit. The doctor seems a bit cold and Ive felt like she didnt take me seriously when I spoke about my symptoms. The nurses in the procedure area were very nice though. Oh and at one of my other visits the front desk girl talked badly about another patient to me. I dont think the office staff is professional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
