I love every doctor I have ever seen there. Very knowledgeable very kind and they listen to you . The entire staff has always been more than wonderful every time I go. Always makes you feel comfortable . I would recommended them to anyone .

Long time patient at AAA. Love this office and the providers.

We left this practice for their complete lack of care. My daughters epi pen was expiring and we needed an appointment for a refill. The next closest time was 3 weeks out. When I asked the nurse what I am supposd to do until then I was told to tell her not to eat the foods she was allergic to. No regard for a childs life and terrible service I would never recommend them

I found out that my baby is allergic to peanuts and her pediatrician recommended Dr. Nam. The staff were nice and efficient. The issue why I had to deduct a few stars is because we had questions and she didnt seem to want to answer. She gave yes or no answers and didnt bother to explain anything. She was also on her laptop so I felt like she didnt want to spend time in helping answer our questions. This is concerning because its our first time ever at an allergist and we came back home with even more questions.

I absolutely love Anna. She is a wonderful practitioner and I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to get their Asthma and allergies under control.

Very detailed. Listened to my concerns. Offered suggestions on my care that I could do as well as medicine. Very nice and personable.

She was a great help for me when we did my online appointment she knew was very nice she knew exactly what she was talking about and she helped me get all of my medications in order to help me in the future all in all she is a really good practitioner and I hope we get her again.

This place is terrible. The staff and doctor are just there for the motion. They have a smile plastered to their faces but their action says otherwise. They do not care about your concerns. Ive been taking my daughter for immunotherapy for the past 5 months. If you are considering immunotherapy do it Just take my word and go somewhere else. If we werent so far in I would too. The treatment itself is amazing. Ive been seeing great results for my daughter who has both asthma and eczema. But of course you can get the same treatment and results anywhere. What you want is patient and care from the provider especially when its a child getting painful shots weekly.The staff and doctor are so used to their routine and their way of doing things that they dont accept when you question something. They brush over my concerns with explanations that might as well be them saying this is how we do it so take it or leave it. I had to go home and do my own research of my concerns so that I could feel better moving forward. Now every time I go in with my daughter it feels like an interrogation before we can get our shots so they can make sure Im doing what they want me to do. Stupid like I would harm my daughter in anyway. If they could explain better and make me feel less concern I wouldnt question them so much. Im just happy that Im seeing great results and this is beneficial to my daughter in the long run or I would never come back.I hear theres a great allergy doctor in the Suwanee area and other places offer allergy drops instead of shots now. Try looking into those because this place provides nothing else other than a convenient location.
