There is no good long time you should wait

I had to take my 4 year old daughter in today. (I also had her twin sister and older brother with me as well, just to and to the chaos. Lol) With that said, all of the employees we encountered were wonderful! The nurse, Anita, was so sweet and allowed my two other children to get weighed as well, even though they weren’t there to be seen! If you’re a parent to multiple children you know how great it is that they included all of my children. My daughter ended up getting an X-ray of her chest, and the X-ray tech, was so detailed and let my daughter know step by step what she was doing. I appreciate the time she took to explain everything. It made my daughter more comfortable with what could have been a scary thing. Dr. Kim was informative and very kind. Chelsi was also so wonderful! She stayed with my two other children in the room, so they wouldn’t be alone, while I took my daughter to the X-ray room. Chelsi got my children popsicles and brought them all a little gift box at the end. I feel this time of year with everyone so busy and stressed over holiday season or just being cold and yucky outside it’s so nice to encounter such kind, and caring healthcare professionals. As much as I didn’t want to be there today, every single employee made us feel welcomed. Thank you to them for all they do! I know they don’t hear it enough. 10/10 recommend.

No one likes having to go to urgent care, but if you do have to go we had a great experience here. If you show up before they open they have a thing on the door for you to take a number to keep your spot and be able to wait in your car which is nice. We got there just as they opened on a Saturday and quickly got through registration. The woman at the desk was very pleasant and kind. We waited in the main waiting area for a short period before going back to our exam room. The nurse was very kind and thorough. We did have to wait awhile for the doctor but we expected that. The doctor was efficient and thorough and listened to our concerns. My son needed an x-ray and the radiologist was very kind and explained it all to him so he knew what was going on. I was able to stay in the room with him too. We had to wait awhile for the xray results but, again, we were prepared for this. Overall, everyone was very kind and thorough. Yes we waited but honestly it was less than I expected for a Saturday during cold and flu season... It's urgent care you kinda have to expect to wait. It's not how I'd love to spend a Saturday but if needed we would definitely go back to this location again

Terrible.. wait is long… just live here

This place is a top notch urgent care facility. From the moments I have walked in the door until I walk out, the employees are kind. My children love Dr Kim and Dr Hathaway. Not sure if there are other physicians but these two we have seen. The reviews mentioning the excessive wait times I’m sure are relevant concerns, however, this is an urgent care and not an emergency room, a place for you to go when your primary care pediatrician is closed…. They have always made my children feel just as comfy as their pediatrician would.

Olga (cs) was helpful with insurance. Front desk Rhonda is amazing. Julie at registration was so sweet. Manny for assessments was very personable and nice guy. Dr Height is amazing too. Anita is just super friendly. First visit here was last year and they took amazing care of my son who was 3 then. His ped said he was fine but mom intuition said otherwise. He was so bad he needed immediate treatment. Doctor was amazing then so when a month has gone by now and kids are still unwell we came here as ped said “cold or allergies”. Meds aren’t helping so I came to where I trust. Ped was helpful for regular visits but seems we have to find someone else for illnesses that stump me/drag on.

Pack a cooler if you have to go. Arrived at 9am on Sunday and was number 8 on the check-in board. We left at 12:45, all my son had was an upper respiratory infection but his pediatrician wouldn’t be able to see him for a week. We spent 2.5 hours in the waiting room, and the remaining hour and 15 minutes were in a room to talk to the doctor for a total of about 4 minutes.

This place just does unnecessary procedures to ring up the bill, Order Tests for no reason. Went to another Dr. And they wondered why certain tests was even done. For a simple ear infection. Stay clear of this place

The staff is very professional. The waiting time is between 10-60 minutes.
