I was kind of scared that this clinic and doctor were going to be the same as all the other ones I went too. Alot of them just wanted to get rid of the patients becuase they're scared of covid so really didn't handle the problem and gave a quick diagnosis.I came to this clinic and I am happy I met Dr. Hagerman. She gave me honest opinions and helped me with my medical problems.It's hard to find an honest, hardworking, and caring doctor like her.

The place has certainly gotten better and better over the last year! Very clean and organized. Would definitely bring friends and family!

I gave a review over a year ago praising this office. Unfortunately, I have to say they have some inter-turmoil going on, I went to Dr. Latoni (whom I've been going to for over 20 years) and had a great visit. I was then called and told I breached some sort of protocol. I have no earthly idea what that was. I know Latoni's retiring in August and was prepared to find another Dr for my blood pressure, insomnia and anxiety meds. Then some random guy calls and spouted some sort of non-compliance, I have no idea what I did wrong to be targeted as a person who did not comply. The guys name is Edwin Mancia. Who is he and why is he even looking at my records (HIPPA), what does he have to do with a relationship between a Doctor and patient? I'll probably never know. All I know is...BEWARE! These people are snakes.

The office staff rude, and unresponsive. If you need attention to any detail, avoid this practice. Absolutely the worst.

By far the worst doctor's office i have ever visited. Terrible scheduling and patient care. Me and my family would not recommend to anyone ever.

I’ve been going to this office for years... they care about you and call you by name. From Diane at the front desk to Cheryl at check out, every person there is kind and caring. Dr. Latoni is amazing and he and his scribe Maggie listen to every concern you have. I will be devastated if he ever retires. I love Covenant.

I've seen Dr Moon for many years and recruited many patients to see him. I was sad to learn he was gone from covenant family medicine and now in Johns Creek. I never got any kind of notice that he would be relocating. I have now needed a referral for a specialist for quite some time and every time I call, no matter what time of day, the after hours answering service is always on. This is the most frustrating thing. There is a lot of confusion between what the doctor wants to relay to the patient and the info actually getting to the patient. It's kind of like playing a telephone game. I also believe if something is urgent, or seems to be urgent, that a doctor should make that call themselves. I can't recommend anyone to this facility anymore. They just do not have it together.

I cannot recommend them.Went for the second visit for my daughter at 2069 Tehran Trace. Appointment was at 11:30 according to the text from them. The receptionist called us at 11:22. Asked if we were in the parking lot. Told her we had made a wrong turn we would be there in 10 minutes. Arrived around 11:35 to 11:38, called the front desk to get let in. No answer. Called again and was told a nurse would let her in. At around 11:48 called again. We were told at that time the appointment was for 11:15 (not 11:30) and we would have to reschedule. Told them appointment was for 11:30. They insisted we had to reschedule. It seems they are more concerned about their “regulations “ than the patient. Finding new doctor. Paul Hale

Run - don't walk!!!!! These people never told me I had a balance never tried working out a payment plan with me and now they are withholding my life saving insulin until I pay them over five hundred dollars!!!!! They first told me if I set up a payment plan I could get an appointment. I called the collection company and set up a payment plan that I could not afford so I could get my medicine. I then called the doctor's office to let them know that I did what they asked and they told me nope, you need to pay the whole balance in full first. AWFUL terrible people. LIARS. Not sure how they sleep at night.

I have been with this practice, Dr. Latoni for 10 years. Excellent at listening and discussing and understanding my needs. Never had a problem with staff. As to all the other reviews, sometimes we all have an off day.
