List of Dacula Family Practice's Reviews
Dr. Najjar is by far the BEST Medical doctor I have ever had the privilege to have know in my 62 years. He is very thorough, thoughtful and compassionate. Unlike other doctors I have had experience with I have always found him to not only show concern for one's physical but spiritual well being as well. He always takes time to hear what you are saying and truly listens with real understanding
Dr. Najjar is caring, competent, and has always been there for our family. I highly recommend this practice.
The nurse practitioner Merrissa is beyond words, the most caring and sincere. It doesn’t seem common, these days, to find someone as patient and understanding. I am very thankful for her, as well as the office and entire team. Everyone is so calm and welcoming. The atmosphere is wonderful.
Billing practices are not transparent. Beware that a new patient visit will cost $335!
Samantha is the sweetest and always so helpful! Handles all of my request right away! Also the lady who runs the front desk and has been there forever is great and always remembers me. Makes all the difference!!
My treatment was a sham. I came in as a new patient, fresh from gallbladder surgery. I was having problems with my sinuses closing on me. Dr was more concerned with the weight after surgery and insisted that he put me on weight watchers. 1 year later I returned to try to get an answer for my affliction. They scheduled an allergy test but also scheduled a full battery of tests. These tests were already scheduled at a specialist I was meeting in a few weeks. I called and told them this. I was told they would only do the allergy test. They did all the blood work when I went to the appointment. So I had to pay for all the tests. By this time I had massive amounts of drainage from my head and coughing up bloody mucus in the morning. The Dr put my on a cough syrup for dry coughs and later a medication that made me feel as bad as I ever did. My problem was I had a bacterial infection in my sinuses that had been there according to an ENT for 15 months. The proper treatment was antibiotics. I would have received better care at the animal hospital across the street.
Tried to call and make an appointment my phone calls was not taken at all, wow I never knew doctors offices ran like this. My business will go else where.
THESE GUYS WERE VERY NICE WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT AND EVEN MADE ME CHANGE MY WIFE'S APPOINTMENT TO MAKE SURE WE BOTH HAD ENOUGH TIME THEY NEED TO COMPLETE THE CHECKUP. MY WIFE HAD TO GO ON DIFFERENT DAY WHICH WAS STILL FINE WITH US. SHE WAS TREATED VERY BAD AND THEY KEEP ASKING HER SAME QUESTIONS REGARDING HAVING ANY KIND OF ILLNESS. MY WIFE FELT LIKE THEY WANTED HER TO HAVE SOME KIND OF ILLNESS AND THAT MADE HER VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND MAD. HERE COMES THE DAY FOR ME. THEY ASK ME TO COME 30 MINUTES EARLIER TO COMPLETE THE PAPERWORK, SO I WENT 45 MINUTES EARLY AND WITH THE PAPERWORK ALREADY COMPLETED. WAITED THERE 45 MINUTES WHICH WAS FINE WITH ME AND THEN THE DRAMA STARTED. TOOK ME BACK THERE AND SAID DOCTOR ME WITH ME IN COUPLE OF MINUTES BUT I WAS THERE FOR 50 MINUTES WITHOUT ANYONE CHECKING IN WITH ME. WHEN I ASK AGAIN SAME COUPLE OF MINUTES WAS SAID TO ME AND I WAITED AGAIN. STILL NO ONE CHECKING IN. FINALLY I ASK THEM TO GIVE ALL MY INFORMATION BACK AND DELETE MY INFORMATION OUT OF THEIR SYSTEM. THEY DID NOT CARE FOR A SEC AND THEN I LEFT. I PICKED THIS SMALL CLINIC SO I FIGURED IT BE BETTER BUT IT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE. THEY THINK THEIR TIME IS ONLY THING THAT MATTER BUT I WANT THEM TO KNOW MY TIME IS MORE IMPORTANT AND VALUABLE THEN THEIR DOCTOR. I WAS ABOUT TO GET KAISER TO SWITCH ALL KIDS TO THAT CLINIC AND I MA GLAD MY WIFE ASK ME TO DO NOT DO UNTIL I VISIT THEM. THEY BETTER NOT SEND BILL TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WILL START WHOLE NEW CHAPTER. MAIN REASON I AM MAD IS THEY KNEW ALL THIS UP FRONT AND CONFIRM THE TIME ACCORDINGLY. THAT WAS NOT ONLY THING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD AS WELL. I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR OR HIS OFFICE. I ASK THEM TO DELETE MY INFORMATION AND I HOPE THEY DO THAT.
Scheduled a first time visit. Called to reschedule due to a family emergency on the day of my appointment, but was informed that this would be treated as a "no show" and they would no longer accept me as a patient.I hope this review helps any future clients make an educated decision about the state of this facility and their policies. They don't care about you. Find somewhere else to go.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband was going to be a new patient. We just moved here from Chattanooga. We had an appointment scheduled at 3:30. I got a call from my family back home that my grandfather was taken to the hospital and we needed to come there. So I called at 3 (when I got off the phone with my mom) to ask to reschedule because this happened and they stated No. They will not reschedule him or see him because this is considered a No Show. I explained the situation and still a no. What kind of doctor has no sympathy for this type of situation? I called. I was proactive. Things happen. That’s life. But for the cold response that I received just shows that we are better off finding a different primary care doctor. Obviously, they have a lack of care for the individual. Just another number or way to make money.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
