Dr. Langer was very diligent in explaining my problem and the procedure needed to be taken to resolve it. She was very understanding and readily put my mind at ease.

My appointment went well. It was pretty much on time and the doctor saw me quickly. She was able to help give me relief by draining the nodule I had. The issue for me was the staff afterwards. They failed to call in my prescription. I even called back before they closed and was told it would be done by the end of the day. It wasn’t. I missed my first dose of antibiotics because of it. I had to call back the next morning and the nurse told me it was never sent but was sending. I’m hoping it is done this time or I will have to drive back to ensure it is done. Very disappointed with this and it soured the experience for me.

Let's start with WOW, what a positive experience. We were able to get appointments within ten days as new patients. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately and began the check in process to give all the necessary information. Shortly after we were taken to the exam room and any concerns were addressed. The doctor came in and performed a thorough exam for any sun damage or skin issues, advised on recommended treatments and performed them while we were there. A great use of our time. Dr. Langer was kind and walked us through any procedures that were happening and gave great advice for follow up care. We will definitely return for future skin checks.
