N Judy Nam's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Nam and staff were excellent during my recent visit to Atlanta Allergy. I was given plenty of time to discuss my issues with Dr. Nam and staff and would highly recommend their practice!

Not personable, did not let me finish talking twice.

Dr. Nam was knowledgeable about food allergies. However, I left the office feeling confused. She used “doctor” terms which is fine but for someone who isn’t in the field, I was clueless on what she meant. When I asked questions to clarify what she meant she simply repeated what she had stated which was not helpful at all. Food allergies is a scary situation and she did not help me feel confident.

I was hoping for help with her but she didn't even recommend and antihistamines or anything for my histamine intolerance. Wasted my time and money..

This was my 1st visit meeting with Dr.Nam via television. She was extremely cold and short. She asked questions that should have been answered per the medical records that were sent over to the office. The visit lasted all of 8 mins, and from that, I got everything I needed, which was my daughter will never be one of her patients.

A found Dr named cold and Indifferent to my needs. She said to Moisturizing stop scratching! . Stitches on no allergies in my blood and that was it she was in the office with me for less than 10 minutes. I asked if she could suggest another type of doctor She said to let my general practitioner handle it from here Well never go back do not go to her. I am in a wheelchair and was by myself. The staff did not offer to push me back. I did with much effort. Hard time getting in the door as they were standing in my way! Talking.

I couldn't see Dr. Nam for about 6 weeks because she is booked up. However, she was able to do a televisit right away. She listened to my concerns, asked good questions, and provided answers. I was very pleased. She helped me right away. Dr. Nam will be my allergy doctor from now on.

I've been seeing Dr. Nam for 5 years now. She is always very professional and thorough. I can tell she has my best interest in mind each time I've seen her.

Attentive Active listening Personable

Dr. Nam has treated my daughter for asthma and allergies for close to 3 years. She is knowledgeable and extremely dedicated. She is very patient with her pediatric patients and has helped get my daughter's symptoms well controlled. She is an excellent specialist.
