Horrible service. Immediately upon entering the provider told me I would NOT be receiving any type of pain medication BEFORE even asking what was going on. Before examination or anything. I was told it may be my appendix and she would put in a request for an “urgent” MRI. Today they let me know that they could do the MRI in 5 days. So 6 days after my visit, how does that classify as urgent? Needless to say I could not wait a week before imaging and I’m currently at the ER instead. I will not return here and would not recommend it to anyone else either.

I recently had a very time sensitive situation on a Saturday. The nurse understood my concern and I believe it was the doctor or nurse practitioner on duty called me back in a timely manner and was able to honor my request. Thank you so much!!!!!!
