List of Satish Poddar's Reviews
Friendly staff, convenient hours, without insurance I was able to afford. They took the time to find out what was wrong without rushing through my visit.
Never visit this practice Dr Poddar is a total nightmare.
This Doctor presumably owns Reagan Medical Center as he is listed as the Registered Agent on the Secretary of State's Website. He has never seen nor treated either of us. We were discharged from this practice by the "owner's" decision without the required 30 day notice or list of alternative physicians as required by the State of Georgia Medical Board. We believe we were released from the practice with undo cause, and a portion of the way the dismissal was handled in a public area of the office is in direct violation of HIPPA. Carl was allowed to arrive for a visit, have his copayment collected, placed in a triage room, and had THE NURSE present him with the very unprofessional termination letter not even typed on company letterhead. The practice administrator's signature was not an original but rather a fax copy.
Great doc has helped me so much when others wouldn't
Lot of wait to get an appointment but once you see him, you know why you waited that long. He is absolutely the best. Very through and spends time with his patients.
He has a staff of PAs and "junior" MDs who see his patients. I have been going to his office for several years--only because they have evening and weekend hours and you don't need to make an appointment--and have never been seen by Dr. Poddar. Although several of his MDs and PAs are usually pretty good, they only spend about 5 minutes with you and some of them get huffy if you waste their time--after all, they must see 10 to 15 patients an hour to make their "quota." The office staff has always been really nice to me. (Of course, I'll really nice to them, so there is no reason for them not to be.)

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
