This place is so horrible. Rude doctors rude nurse practitioners and unreliable 😡

were not going to turn to <a href=httpyelp.com>yelp.com<a> to find a doctor if youre having somewhat of an issue... And thats too bad because I wouldve never pursued Alliance Spine and pain despite my primary doctors referral. I note a Yelper wrote a similar review to what I went through and two wrongs make an ass out of you and me... as the old sayings go.Dont even attempt to get an appointment here because its probably easier to get a membership at Augusta National Golf Club or the Buckhead Driving Club than it is to secure an appointment at this group of physicians My primary care physician sent a referral for me to Alliance Spine at noon on Wednesday. I phoned Alliance Spine later that day and never got a pick up so I filled out their online contact form. I called again the next morning. The person who picked up took my same contact information that I had typed in previously and told me that someone would get back to me. I let him know that I needed appointment as soon as possible due to severe pain. By the end of Thursday afternoon I heard nothing back and phoned again. Still nothing.I phoned Alliance Spine again on Friday morning and by this time I was speculating about what couldve happened to the referral from my doctors office. The person who picked up the phone this time transferred me to another department at this time and I must have interrupted some womans morning because she came back to the phone and with every drop of venom in her voice that she could muster let me know they will not accept my Cigna insurance and basically hung up. Insert incredulous wide eyed surprised emojiThis makes no sense. My primary physician would not have sent me to another office that does not accept my insurance because he is attached to Piedmont hospital and and so is my insurance. Whats more physicians that are listed on alliance website are cross referenced on the Piedmont website as members of the Piedmont clinic.The weekend passed. Alliance basically wasted several days of my time trying to get an appointment now I have to start over again... And in the meantime I have been rather suffering with pain not that Alliance needs to care about that right?On Monday morning I received a phone call from... Surprisingly... Alliance. This was in reference to the referral from my doctor last Wednesday at noon. And they were calling me to let me know they dont accept my insurance. I let her know that my physician would not have sent me there because of the whole Piedmontsignal thing. She seemed a bit sympathetic on the phone but told me she was going to reach out to my doctors office and let them know ... so what?  I know what Im talking about in regards to this insurance and something is seriously off with Alliance. It took them three days five if you include the weekend to work through a referral from a doctors office Thanks...for nothing.Alliance wasted all this time while I was waiting to hear back from them. As you see above I attempted to get through to them several times myself.If you are having extremely bad pain find another doctor or go to the emergency room ... even in these times of Covid... seriouslyHow many other people have been left hanging by Alliance?Dont let it be you

So because of my permanent disability when I fell backswords off a semi truck fracturing my pelvis imagine falling and not catching yourself to slow the momentum landing on your backside slamming your head into the concrete BAMMMM From there over the coarse of a year not only have I suffered long term chronic pain still worked one from a spinal deformity but now at 62 I suffer from Osteoarthritis  rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. So can you imagine the pain I am in daily. I went from 220 to 360 in a years time from not being able to move. Was a teamster 10 years. Just lost my BCBS of GA in March when the job had to let me go. Got this crappy Ambetter that sends you to Lower not too professional ZERO COMPASSIONATE GROUP OF DRS I HAVE EVER SEEN. Now if you dont have to do not I mean do not go here. Because back in the day when all these fly by night pain clinics popped up where people were abusing them if the government would have done their friggin job and put all the people buys opioids for recreation use addiction then all us Americans who fight Chronic pain would NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE CRAP OF THE NEWEST AMERICAN HUSSLE Spine clinics for medication Even the CDC and AMA has been waring these fly by night believe everything their told brainless nit wits. So THANK YOU AMERICA for telling me how my body feels and these people here. In Peachtree city GA first Dr I met was Renee Miller well she came in the room not asking me how I was doing but told me what she believed in ??? How many people in pain seek out other opinions of belief? No One right ? Dont think she even glanced at my medical history and if she did thats one cold hearted bit. Went away fired 2 more Drs thats what you have to do nowadays gone days with out pain medication did not I repeat did not scour the city looking for heroine or hydrocodone had no withdrawal symptoms imagine that CDC will tell you different cause were all the same right ? Went back had a procedure felt hopeful asked for a refill went to see a Dr Named Karen again same bllsht. Dont want to listen to what patient has to say telling me what she believes well I was in severe pain which is what happens when I do not take anything for it and 23 800 MG of ibuprofen at a time to try and kill the pain well with Lupus not such a good idea for the liver. Off to find someone I can continue to be treated as a senior as I am with a serious medial condition so maybe just maybe I can get something of a life back cause pain makes me mean and very intolerable of others oh and since Dec I went from 360 down to 297 and the pain is the same but yeaah dont go here

If I could give a zero star I would. Stay away from this place Highly unprofessional they ask for your prior medical records and don’t use them they make you feel like it’s all in your head they don’t return phone calls the doctors and nurse practitioner are the rudest people I’ve ever met in my entire life they don’t review your scans correctly you have to hound them for your referrals to get scans and when you refuse surgeries or injections they make you feel like an addict.

Stay far far away from this place. My grandma has been going there for years. There has been many occasions where she was treated very poorly. They treat elderly and disabled people like junkies just looking for drugs. Managing pain is what that office is supposed to be for. They are money hungry and don’t care about their patients.

DONT USE THEM. My nightmare started when one of their Doctors took obvious offense at a political comment I made and jabbed me HARD in the center of a nerve during an epidural. After the proceedure I had a hard time walking for several hours and my condition still seems worse than before he stuck the needle in my nerve. I requested another doctor take my case and was handed over to the least experenced person on staff. She completely lacked confidence and my reservations and charts were messed up over and over again. When I complained after going back for the 4th time for a procedure Im sure it was obvious I intended to find another clinic so before I could drive the 40 miles home they called and dropped me.Now the sleazeballs are making it hard for me to find another clinic more preemptive CYA on their part.DO NOT trust these people and most especially dont intrust them with your health.WCM.

Hi I have had several procedures at the Dallas office. I have always been greeted by a kind and friendly staff. The entire staff has always made me feel comfortable and has answered any questions. All of the nurses are professional and take the time to explain everything. My last 2 visit Dr. NOK KEOMAHATHAI MD came in and talked to me before my procedure. I highly recommend this practice.

This is the worst doctors office ive been in. They dont care about their patients. They dont listen to them. Dr. Gupta was great however the nurse practitioner was terrible. Ive never experienced a doctor who blows patients off and doesnt listen to what they say. I will not go back here and will not recommend anyone else here. Highly rude and unprofessional

My very first appointment was great. the doctors assist was amazing I wish I remembered her name after that I just had a bad experience with the majority of the team. On one occasion while I was laying down on the operating table one of the doctors that was in the room assisting with the procedure she was talking on the phone so loud that I couldn’t hear what one of the assistants was saying to me. I hate to give a business bad review but I feel disrespected and I don’t believe that they had my best interest in mind. I felt like they where trying to milk my insurance instead of helping me through this very difficult and agonizing pain.

I have been a patient of Dr Nok since April 2018 when he was practicing at Harbin Clinic. He informed me that he was leaving and that I had a choice to go with him to Alliance Spine and Pain or stay so I went with him bc I didnt want to start over I had already built a relationship with him he already knew what was going own with me. Once he got to alliance I never really saw him until I started asking him until I started asking questions and requested to see him at my next visit. [ ] I was also going to my appointments every other month and then I started to have to go every month. I was complaining about my pain and nothing they were recommending was helping me at all. He wanted me to get the injections so I did and he also recommended i have surgery on my right hand it was a WASTE bc that wasnt the problem. Fast forward to this year in August and September . I have been in so much pain to the point Im literally unable to work . Ive complained and complained to Dr Nok and Dr Trapp I think thats his name when I had to see him he would literally be in there with me for every bit of 3 mins no lie. I also started using the CBD stuff for pain relaxationANXIETY AND DEPRESSION bc this has really taken a toll on my life the pain is DEBILITATING I also have been taking DRUG TEST FOR DR NOK  for 2 12 years NEVER have I failed a drug test and I shouldnt bc i HAVE NEVER TRIED MARIJUANA IN MY LIFE And if did I would own it and not lie. In September right before my epidural he asked me about my urine and I was like what about it. He said that I tested positive for THC I thought he was joking bc hes always joking but he wasnt and I explained to him what I had tried and what I was doing as far as the CBD he asked me to stop using it and I DID That procedure was done in my neck for the right side of my arm and hand that was on Sept 16. Also that wasnt my first procedure done in my neck and I had no problem. I had to go back and get the left side done bc thats where the pain is. That day I felt so much pain when he injected the medicine and I informed him of it. He said that it would go away. It was mind blowing bc I had never had any problems or felt any pain in the past or even 3 wks before. I could hardly get off the table. I went home  and I didnt have any pain from that Wednesday until that Saturday SATURDAY is when I had NO FEELING IN MY HAND tingling in my arm dropping things but my neck was still swelling real bad but I didnt feel any pain. Monday I called and told the nurse what I was experiencing and she said that it was normal wow i made an appointment and went back in AND ON THE DAY OF THE PROCEDURE I DID NOT GET DRUG TESTED so the day I went in to let them see what was going on Dr Trapp saw me and recommended that I have surgery and I had to do a drug test. Long story short THEY ARE CLAIMING THAT I AM FAILING MY DRUG TEST and they are lying and it has become an issue bc I told Dr Nok assistants that I wasnt having these problems until the procedure and I also Dr Nok this he fucked up and doesnt want to take accountability and not only that they are tampering with my test. But little do they know that I have had to have drug test taken at my other Dr and I passed and I also have taken my own drug test and it was positive. Also the day before Thanksgiving I received something from them saying I have been terminated from the program but I just saw him and his exact words were so youre having surgery I said yes and he said ok Im going to leave your prescription the same and once you have surgery Ill go up on it for a couple of weeks. He said good to see you and good luck Im suing them bc they have lied he has hit the wrong nerve in my neck and hes going to pay for what he has done. I have never smoked that shit in my life and I dont appreciate the lies .
