Stephanie is fabulous!!!!! Compassionate and caring.
Scam job. We had the “pleasure” of dealing with Rachel at the front desk. Not only did they fail to inform us of (or get approval for) additional charges (+$200 for an X-Ray), Rachel then tried to tell us that they don’t provide itemized bills to patients! This is an exceptionally unethical enterprise. Avoid.
My provider was Desarae and she was great. She is very compassionate and empathetic. The staff is great and I was in and out in under an hour so I could get my medications and get some rest.
Horrible place!! Rude people. My husband went with a lot of pain, looking for help. I don't care if your pregnant or not, do your job and act like a doctor. Once they found out my husband doesn't have insurance and he was going to pay everythingout of pocket, the way they started talking to him was completely different. So, they're not there to help, they are there for your money and an easy job. Don't go there if you need something more than a vaccine.
Well organized, clean facility, great staff. Ana did a great job taking vitals and giving me vaccinations. Desarae was exceptional, asked the correct questions, listened to me, and knew what to do. She also offered excellent follow-up care if warranted. She is the best.
Despite having an 11:30am appointment, we did not get called back until over 45 minutes later (12:17pm). Apparently the delay was caused by allowing walk-ins to get in line with people who had appointments. While helping walk-ins is important, it should not be at the expense of people who have appointments. Otherwise, there is no point of having an appointment time.
Staff and providers are efficient, pleasant, and instill confidence that they know what they are doing in terms of diagnosis and treatment
I wish I had a test results from a test that I took while at the location this past weekend.
Meh I wasn't impressed. I've been to this clinic before it changed names 10+ years ago & I had good experiences then but I went yesterday and I wasn't impressed by the doctors bedside manner. She was snippy, ignorant and didn't make me feel very comfortable. She pretty much acted like I didn't know my own body or what I thought I needed... I'm no doctor but I definitely know my own body better than she does. Just felt like I was treated like a 5 year old going to see a doctor without my mom. The other staff was nice and polite which is the only reason why I am giving this place 2 stars. I wasn't given any kind of medication or really any helpful advice on how I could feel better. I walked out still feeling crappy and unwell. Felt like a waste of my time. I won't be going here again. I've been treated better at 'care now' and doing phone calls with doctors online than I was treated at this place.
Stephanie, the NP was so knowledgeable and thorough! Best urgent care experience ever. I highly recommend.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
