I have been seen and treated by Dr. Batlle since April 2019, due to injuries from a fall in 2018. He was kind, encouraging, and patiently explained my problem and his recommendation. I was relieved that I finally found someone to address my neck & back pain and progressive arm & leg weakness. My Workman's Comp doctor in Odessa refused to order an MRI or acknowledge the seriousness of my injury. Thank God for Dr. Batlle because he diagnosed me with a cervical spinal cord injury. I had a crushed spinal cord that Workman's Comp refused to treat for 6 months! Dr. Batlle did a fusion at C3-4 and C4-5 that took the pressure off my spinal cord. I am also grateful and appreciative of his staff, who worked efficiently to get it done.

Dr. Batlle and the rest of the team over there at Wellspine are some of the kindest folks I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

6 yrs ago I had 2buldge disk, 2 torn disk, 2 holes in my derm sac fixed and my S nerve fixed. He is a life saver for me, I have continued to my daily life wit NO problems.

I was very pleased with Doctor Batlle I wish I could get back intouch with him to continue in his care now that I have inc.

I was in the worse pain between my shoulder blades, and radiated to my chest and ribs, like a heart attack for 8 months . He did a surgery on my neck, the pain stopped and I am pain free, after suffering the time I did, is just amassing and he is truly gifted, and I will never be able to thank him enough. Extremely accommodating, considering the tight schedule I gave them. Surgery lasted 2-1/2hr instead of the usual 3-1/2 to 4hrs. Hospital he uses is top notch, with an very low patient to nurse ratio, which is fantastic, and the nurses were incredibly dedicated, considerate and pleasant. The surgery went superbly well, and a month and a half later, 99.5% of my symptoms are gone, before even starting therapy. More face time with the doctor would be a plus, but team and PA do a great job.

So thankful I found Dr. Batlle after I was in a helicopter crash in 2013. He operated on both the cervical (Jan.2015) and lumbar (Dec.2016) portions of my spine. He was very thorough when explaining my options and what to expect. It is nearly 2 years post cervical fusion (3 levels) and I’m convinced he worked miracles. The daily excruciating pain I had prior to surgery is gone. He has given me the quality of life I hoped for. His staff is wonderful to work with and extremely professional.

My name is Jose Sixtos and I am being assisted on the translation of my review. I could not be happier with Dr. Batlle and staff. I had a large disc herniation which debilitated me in my everyday functions. Dr. Batlle saw me extremely fast and offered conservative care prior to my surgery. He was very conservative in my care and explained all in detail. I am 6 weeks post surgery and my low back is better than ever. I am returning to work in 2 weeks. Thank you Dr. Batlle!!

Excellent experience with surgery and care for my husband. Excellent group/ staff at his practice, very professional staff, ready to assist and a GREAT BIG PLUS, bilingual staff. Excellent and blessed to have had this great care and experience.
